⚠️ ALERT: Binance France to close ALL customer accounts by December 31 as the EU’s MiCA licensing requirement forces a wind-down. The world’s largest crypto exchange told customers its French entity must close their accounts as the EU’s MiCA transition period ended before it secured the required licence. Deposits are already blocked, but customers can still withdraw their crypto until year-end. The first deadline is November 29. Customers must withdraw before then to avoid a monthly fee of 0.025% of their remaining crypto balance or 10 USDC, whichever is higher. After accounts close on December 31, 2026, Binance may convert or transfer any remaining assets under its terms of service. Binance confirms customer assets remain accessible during the wind-down.

Mago Explains: borrowing against real BTC on Aave V4 (no wrapping) @babylonlabs_io wants to bring native Bitcoin collateral to @aave V4. Not WBTC. Not cbBTC. Real BTC that never leaves Bitcoin. ---- How it works 1⃣ You lock BTC in a Babylon Trustless Bitcoin Vault, on Bitcoin 2⃣ A non-transferable token (vaultBTC) mirrors it on Ethereum 3⃣ vaultBTC can only talk to approved Aave contracts 4⃣ You borrow stablecoins from the Aave V4 Hub 5⃣ Repay → your BTC unlocks Two new Spokes: Babylon Core Lending Spoke + BTC Vault Swap Spoke ---- Why it matters • Wrapped BTC relies on custodians. This removes that layer • Aave DAO gets the first $500K of annual revenue from the integration • Bitcoin TVL on DefiLlama jumped 37.9% last week. BTCFi demand is real ---- Where it stands • Dec 2025: partnership announced • May 25: temp check • Jun 10: preliminary vote passed • Mid-Oct: formal ARFC posted • Next: Snapshot (≥320K AAVE for), onchain vote, security reviews Risks: new vault code, liquidation design still under review, no LTV set yet. 👀 In short: BTC is about to become real DeFi collateral, without a bridge.

If you stll don't know who @cz_binance is, let me introduce him: He is the bastard who holds and controls 70% of the legendary scam coin BNB. The bastard who set up a $1 billion victim recovery fund after the LUNA collapse, promised to help victims, but never actually used it — and instead bought Bitcoin, Ethereum, and XRP. The bastard whose Binance empire ended up paying $4.3 billion in fines over money laundering and regulatory violations. The bastard who, on 10/10/25, allegedly manipulated the algorithmic stablecoin mechanism to trigger mass liquidations of overleveraged long traders, wiping out small and mid-sized market makers in the process. Some were forced to rage-quit and shut down their businesses. The bastard who, starting in January 2026, allegedly used Binance Alpha coins to engineer pumps of 10x–100x or more, seemingly trying to make back the money lost to fines. The bastard who received a presidential pardon and claimed he had nothing to do with Binance, yet is now acting as Binance’s spokesperson during this hacking incident. The bastard who’s now figuring out how to recover the $6.3 billion lost in the hack. And guess what? He is dumping the entire #crypto market again. Long story short: He is just a son of a bitch.

One of crypto's largest KOLs has been secretly extracting millions from his audience We’ll expose him soon Unfortunately, he’s just a symptom of a much bigger problem Social trading has brought out the worst in KOLs. It was designed to keep them honest by making every trade public. In reality, the opposite happened In just a few weeks, we exposed a number of "top social traders" using the same tricks: • Public wallets to attract copy traders • Side wallets to dump • Callouts to farm rewards • Bundled tokens to hide supply And there are plenty more doing the exact same thing Why? Because our industry incentivizes it 1) Launchpads allow it Most launchpads today are obsessed with one thing: volume. Millions in callout rewards, affiliate links, and top leaderboards. Almost nothing on detecting bundles, side wallets, or shady traders. Scams drive volume. Launchpads have no reason to stop it (other than actually caring about their users) 2) Social trading incentivizes it Side wallets have become a business model. Before social trading, only big KOLs could do it. Now, anyone who lands on a leaderboard can monetize by dumping on their copy-traders. The temptation is real 3) CT normalizes bundle culture “Everyone bundles. It's how it's done" - an excuse we hear every time we expose a KOL. Supply control isn't the problem. Hiding it is. If it's so bullish, why hide it? Spoiler: because you're planning to sell *** Launchpads are paying millions to dishonest KOLs. It's time they start taking it seriously Audit the top traders. Expose their side wallets. Ban repeat offenders We have the tools. What's missing is the willingness to use them No one's coming to save us

(euronews)

This man who bought Bitcoin at $1 was facing up to 79 YEARS in prison for evading $48 MILLION in taxes. He begged Trump for a pardon even got rejected by Elon Musk His name is Roger Ver, but you will know him as “Bitcoin Jesus” In 2011, Roger Ver started buying Bitcoin at $1 and became one of its earliest investors By 2013, he had become so influential in promoting Bitcoin that CNBC nicknamed him “Bitcoin Jesus.” In March 2014, Ver renounced his US citizenship after obtaining a passport from Saint Kitts and Nevis. At the time, he and his companies controlled 131,000 BTC, worth $114 MILLION. The problem was that wealthy Americans renouncing their citizenship could owe an exit tax on their unrealized gains. According to US prosecutors, Ver concealed his Bitcoin holdings from tax advisers to avoid paying millions in taxes. In November 2017, companies associated with Ver sold tens of thousands of BTC for $240 MILLION On April 23, 2024, Roger was arrested in Barcelona following an eight-count US indictment He was released on €150,000 bail and spent the following months fighting extradition from Spain. In January 2025, Roger begged Donald Trump for a presidential pardon appearing with Tucker Carlson and paying Roger Stone $600,000 to lobby on his behalf. Elon Musk rejected the idea, writing: “Roger Ver gave up his US citizenship. No pardon for Ver.” On October 14, 2025, Ver reached an agreement with the DOJ, paying $49.9 MILLION in taxes Spain subsequently closed his extradition proceedings, returned his passport and refunded his €150,000 bail. All without receiving a presidential pardon.
