I have been unable to find a single case of any adult performer dying or suffering life-changing injuries from filming breath-play scenes.

Your personal dislike or disgust over something is not a sound basis to legislate your subjective point of view.

Comparably dangerous activities:
* Driving 5 miles.
* Taking a train 120 miles.
* Sitting on the couch for 30 minutes.
* Eating 20 bananas.
Even if massively underreported you'd still have a long-ways to go to be as dangerous as even a single skydive.

On Thursday I wrote about the 2014 injunction Russell Brand obtained against a woman who accused him of assault.
I've now obtained the final order. It's breathtaking.
She had no lawyer. No trial. Yet she was silenced for life - even barred from speaking to the police.

rape kits are best done at maximum 3 days after the assault takes place to get concrete evidence. i was a child and too afraid to tell anyone for at least 5, not to mention i didn’t know that was an option back then. maybe if there were less people like you victim blaming and projecting an unnecessary amount of shame and responsibility onto underage victims of violent crimes, i wouldn’t have been too afraid to come forward, and i could have gotten what i needed to take him to court and protect the future women and girls around him. thank you for the example of what not to say.

yeah i went to the station with text chains of him admitting it, voice notes of him admitting it, images of scratches on my body, life360 history showing where i was at the time i said it happened, but they told me it wasn’t enough and all i could do was file a report to start a paper trail. we were both in highschool then and now i feel like it’s too late to do anything more.
