Dearborn Michigan Poll Worker Tells Non-Citizen He Can Vote for U.S. Senate Just Not President
On Election Day an O’Keefe undercover reporter in Dearborn, Michigan, told a poll worker he was not a U.S. citizen. The worker, speaking in Arabic, said he could not vote for President but could vote for the other offices, including the Senate: “Only for U.S. President you can’t vote, but the others you can.”
This is what the law says but we know they find loopholes or let illegals vote 18 U.S.C. § 611 makes it a federal crime for a noncitizen to vote in any election for President or Member of Congress. Michigan law is equally clear: only U.S. citizens can register or vote in any state or federal election. Combined ballots make the distinction meaningless.
