College education trains you to follow instructions written in the curriculum and parroted by a lecturer. Wisdom, creativity and critical thinking are products of self-education. That is why most educated people nowadays are idiots.

Be inspired. Read and start! ---------------------- I started building my house in December 2025. I prepared the ground after designing the skeleton. The process stopped when I got a job as a teacher under B.O.M, with a monthly salary of Ksh. 8000 plus accommodation. During the April holiday, I came back and did the roof partially, after I lacked funds to pay the roofing artisan. I had bought the roofing sheets earlier in 2025. In the August holiday, I was able to complete the roof and install doors and windows. I also did the walling with mud. Up to this stage, I now own a house. I am now planning to do the interiors at a slow pace, to ensure I don't injure my savings. In this Warriors Channel, a sleeping man is awakened! --------- #MasculinitySaturday

YES, Start from somewhere. Don't wait for the perfect moment. It doesn't exist. Start. Read and be inspired. xxxx Inspired by Amerix. Today I woke up here in the village since 2015. I remember coming back home in 2024 when I lost my job, and that experience of spending nights in my father's kitchen was not good. I have been saying I will build since 2017, but during the December holidays, I would remain in the rental. However, this year I made up my mind and promised myself to spend the holiday in the village. The decision to build a grass-thatched hut came to me when I saw Amerix share his two huts. I wouldn't have built this if it were not for Amerix. I would still be waiting to put my finances in order to build a permanent house. To cut costs, I brought in the expert, and I positioned myself as the helper labourer. Thank you, Amerix. For the design inspiration, I appreciate a small token of Ksh. 500. #MasculinitySaturday

How I stood with a man at the point of his lowest. Read his story: Good afternoon Doc. I want to take a moment to sincerely appreciate you for the guidance you gave me regarding my wife's delivery. I had not updated you earlier about her pregnancy, but I feel I owe you this account of what happened and how your advice made a difference. As I had briefed you, on Thursday at around 3am my wife started experiencing labour pains, & we decided to go to XX Hospital. Our initial preference had been YZ Hospital, where she attended clinic, but during one of the maternity visits, it was evident that two patients were sharing a bed since it's public. We therefore thought we needed a facility that met our expectations, & having received positive recommendations from one of her friends, we settled on XX HOSPITAL. Upon admission, her labour progressed from 4cm to 8cm dilation & the hospital was recommending a CS on the grounds of prolonged labour. But you told me that was not bad for a first-time mother. There were also financial challenges. My SHA cover was inactive because my former employer had missed the Jan 2025 contribution. I confirmed this with a SHA representative over the phone, who advised me to contact my former employer. Since this was happening at night & resolving the issue immediately was not possible, I opted to pay cash. At XX, I paid 3K for a scan, 500 for a vaginal examination & 10,500 for the normal delivery. What particularly concerned me was the insistence on another scan despite having already done one at a public hospital. They were also surprised that we only did one scan throughout the pregnancy. When I questioned its necessity, the doctor could not give me a clear medical justification & instead explained that it was the hospital's tradition to conduct its own scan on every patient. I challenged this because I wanted to understand what additional value it would provide, especially since my wife was not presenting any new concern that had been explained to us. Nevertheless, I made the payments & scan showed no abnormalities. Later, when I informed you that they were recommending a CS, you advised me to seek assistance at a public hospital. I followed your advice and went to YZ Hospital. When I requested a refund from XX, I was informed that most of the money had already been utilised and that I was only entitled to KSh 1K out of the KSh 14K paid. I was expecting at least KSh 5 K to cater for the ambulance cost. What was even more disturbing was the attitude that followed. They questioned my wife about whether I was the one who had influenced her decision not to accept CS & leave. They even went as far as asking her which church I attend. But went silent when I entered the room. It was evident that they were unhappy with our decision & the extra money I was to add for the procedure is now gone. I proceeded to YZ Hospital, where I incurred an additional 7,300. I am proud & grateful to report that my wife delivered normally, and we now have a baby boy. Doc, this experience has made me appreciate your advocacy even more. You have consistently 'misled' us to question medical decisions, understand the necessity of procedures & remain vigilant about profit-driven practices in some healthcare facilities. I can now personally attest to why your lessons are important. Please continue misleading the Warriors. I cannot thank you enough for the timely advice. Given the financial strain I have experienced, I kindly request that I wire 2,000 to your clinic as an appreciation for your consultation. Thank you for your guidance, your time and, most importantly, for helping me make a decision that gave my wife and our baby a positive outcome. I genuinely appreciate you, Daktari.

The things happening across the world are so complex for ordinary people to decipher, discern and understand. People only see superficial and cosmetic events. But one day you will see it, and it will be too late to reverse it.

THE POLITICAL CIRCUS: Politicians are very sleazy and deceitful. Here is what they do, They make political accountability a tiring circus. They dangle carrots that we chase daily, and then we get tired because of unfulfilled promises. We lose momentum and walk out of the unending carousel. We continue paying bills, taxes and struggle to raise families; then, once we realise it is a con game, we abandon it and focus on living our lives away from these sleazy characters. Then a new generation arrives; it enters the same loop of the political carousel with newer energy and a threat to revolt and overhaul the political class. But politicians are sleazy. They know a new generation won't dig up their historical dirt because their history has been buried and sanitised by a corrupt media. They camouflage, refresh and rebrand. They come with new colours, new logos, new symbols and new slogans. They actively divide the new generation of agitators through tribal enclaves. They trigger emotions with the help of the hypocritical media. The media hosts "heated debates," they write "bold headlines," broadcast dossiers, but if you are keen, you will realise it is all a script for the political clown show. Politicians then promise that this time they will create impactful and meaningful change. They condemn corruption and deceit. They talk tough and loud. They throw fists in the air, flash fingers, dance on the podium, but if you listen to them, it is just political noise in the political drama. The new generation buys this clown show; they become hypnotised; they forget about the scandals and corruption by these sleazy politicians. They forget the history of these sleazy characters. The new generation also starts singing these new slogans, wearing newer branded colours and singing chants of hypnosis. These politicians earn the trust of the new generation, get into office, but perpetuate the same lies, dangle the same carrots, and put the new agitators on the same loop as they did the previous generation. The newer agitators get tired of the carousel, drop out, leave the circus, and a newer generation joins the circus. It is a political circus. A clown show. A carousel of political hypnosis. Same monkeys in the same forest with the same illusion. Year in, year out. The one in this photo is a former speaker of Kenya's most scandalous and unlawful National Assembly. He now says he has new ideas to reform Kenya. Mikora.

Hospital departments have monthly revenue targets. That is why meaningless surgeries, including unjustified Caesarean Sections, are rampant in these hospitals. If you remain ignorant, hospitals will turn you into their cash cow.

This is Warburgia ugandensis. Commonly known as the East African greenheart. The bark is medicinal. Chew the bark. It is bitter. It treats chronic coughs, colds and a blocked chest. The leaves heal too. Kikuyu call it Muthiga. Maasai call it Osokonoi. #FoodFriday

This is Prunus africana, the red stinkwood tree. It is medicinal. The bark, the fruits and the leaves are medicinal. Men use it to support the prostate. It also alleviates haemorrhoidal pain. Kikuyu call it muiri. Kalenjin call it tendwet. #FoodFriday

The true character of people is revealed when they no longer need anything from you. The moment what kept them is fulfilled, their masks peel off. When a person depends on you, he is forced to be respectful, courteous, obedient, or faithful. Most people are liars, pretentious, and morally corrupt, but they are forced to pretend to be good because there is something they gain from you. Be very alert when dealing with people, and that includes your relatives. Keep your circle as thin as possible.

2008 - 2013. The most scandalous tenure in the Ministry of Water. From Tana-Athi and Umaa dam scandals, borehole fraud, Kazi kwa Vijana deceit, nepotism and procurement irregularities. Mwangi Kiunjuri blew the whistle and presented the dossier to the EACC, which went silent.

Sleazy and slimy Ngilu.
Ngilu has been in politics since 1996. She was a Minister of Health from 2003 to 2007 during Kenya's worst healthcare workers' strike. She was a governor in Kitui County's most corrupt and depressing regime. She even withheld salaries of postgraduate doctors until 2021, when a court ordered her to pay them. In 2019, mysterious fires gutted key county offices housing financial, planning, and procurement records that, in 2023, a Senate oversight report read as premeditated malice to destroy files. But today Ngilu speaks like she has new ideas to transform Kitui. Slimy politician. Mikora.

If you are a businessman, There is a product on the shelf that has sat there for months. Nobody picks it up. Customers just come, look at it, palpate it, press it, squeeze it, sniff it and leave it there. But the expiry date approaches. Then you decide to print a new expiry label, extend the expiry date, dust it off, and reposition it on the shelf. But still nobody buys it. You add an illuminating, shouting yellow discount label on it, but still nobody cares. You even add a flower and a butterfly sticker on it, but nobody buys it. They just admire it, touch it and then pass. The expiry label and discount tag peel off the product, which is collecting dust and mould. Then one day a customer arrives and happily buys it. And you remind him that "Goods once sold are never returned." He says, "Ooh yeaaaah!" He walks out happy, to go suffer buyer's remorse once he discovers it has expired, lost its quality and tastes sour. You finally breathe a sigh of relief, Phew! That is what is going on in the minds of the parents of this expired packet of milk.
