What you need to know about natural fruits is this: • They are not sweet, but sour, tangy or bitter • They have seeds • They have a pedicel, peduncle or apical bottom • They are fibrous • They are seasonal • They are not easily spotted when on a tree. They are either black or green • They are only ripe when they want to fall, so that their seeds can germinate for survival of the tree species • They are never of the same shape, size or colour Natural fruits are like this so that you don't eat them. But if you eat them, you won't eat more than two because they will irritate your teeth, fill your teeth with strands of fibre, or numb your tongue. Or, the seeds will give you constipation eg guavas. The fruits don't want to be eaten, just the same way animals and humans fight hard not to lose their lives. Fruits also want to survive. However, what people eat today from the markets are not fruits. They are eating poisonous genetically modified organisms masquerading as fruits. That is why we call them "modern fruits." Therefore, if you are suffering from a chronic disease, like HYPERTENSION, DIABETES, ULCERS, CANCER, ARTHRITIS, etc, or you are obese, stay away from modern fruits. You will hear someone say, "The doctor said we should eat fruits." Which fruits? WAKE UP. #FoodFriday

Guavas are very nutritious. They grow wildly and seasonally, too. They are fibrous, rich in vitamin C, potassium, and antioxidants called polyphenols. Their peelings and leaves are also medicinal, especially for women with menstrual pain and dysregulation. But modern people don't eat guavas because they think guavas are for poor people. #FoodFriday

Loquats are natural fruits. They grow wild, widely, and seasonally. They are a good source of potassium and magnesium, and antioxidants like flavonoids. Yet, you choose artificial fruits that even bees can't move near. "My doctor told me to eat fruits." Which fruits? You will continue suffering from diabetes, hypertension and arthritis by eating modern fruits. #FoodFriday

Java Plum, or Jamun, also known as Mzambarau in Swahili, is a natural fruit. They are not sweet but tangy-bitter. They are seasonal, fibrous and nutritious. People will avoid eating natural fruits because they have a bitter-sweet and tart taste, and then buy sweetened, unhealthy, modern fruits and say, "My doctor told me to eat fruits." Educated fools. #FoodFriday

If people were truly looking for Vitamin C, They wouldn't be desperately craving fructose. They would be eating fermented pickles, fermented vegetables, Bell Peppers and Lemon. But they eat modern fruits because these fruits are biologically engineered and sweetened with fructose. Factually, fructose competitively inhibits Vitamin C, displaces it, and what gets absorbed into your bloodstream is fructose. Fructose lands in your liver, where it's metabolised into triglycerides that cause fatty liver, uric acid that causes gout, and bile synthesis is blocked, causing gallstones. Our bodies were not fashioned to metabolise an endless fructose stream. WAKE UP. #FoodFriday

MODERN FRUITS: - GMOs - Farmed in carcinogenic fertilizer, pesticides, and herbicides like glyphosate - Ripened by chemicals like ethephon and calcium carbide - Have no other nutrients apart from sugar - Have no seeds, have no fibres These are the fruits you struggle so much to defend when I tell you to avoid them. These are unhealthy fruits. Avoid them and save your liver #FoodFriday

If you are intending to marry a Luhya woman, Know the subtribe. This is important. Some subtribes emanate from a lineage of witches, Some from thieves. Some from murderers and cannibals. Some subtribes genetically influence their women to be combative and rude, e.g., Banyore. A Kisa subtribe woman is naturally warm and has a high propensity for fertility. Marama subtribe has good women, but the core Marama woman, what we call "Namukhula", can be combative if you fail to tame her. Approach the Wanga woman with caution. They have a clan that calls its women "Bwibo — Makulu saba." These are dynamite. Bukusu women are malleable but easily attracted to fellow Bukusu men. They don't get much comfort and safety from other men. You can marry her if you are not Bukusu, but if you falter, she will likely cheat on you with a Bukusu man. The Isukha and Idakho are volatile in nature. They can bite your dick off. They are also fertile, sexually electric and chaotic if you fail to tame her. The best bet in the Luhya community would be: • Ba'Tsotso: Kakamega, Bukura • Ba'Marachi: Busia • Ba'Samia: Busia • Ba'Khayo: Busia • Ba'Kisa: Kakamega, Khwisero • Ba'Tirichi: Vihiga, Nandi • Ba'Tachoni: Bungoma, Kitale You will not go wrong with these ones. One simple roar, and they coil back to their femininity. Maragoli are volatile, their fuse is always on emergency. Only Maragoli men can handle them. Marry them if your father owns a tea factory in Mudete. #MasculinitySaturday

It is vividly expounded here. The predatory, exploitative, and dishonest characters have been deceiving and preying on a vulnerable person. Dehumanizing!

From what teachers allege, she was a cruel, callous, cold-hearted person.
Replying to @amerix
Nancy Macharia got families separated and sent to the far corners of the country. A disabled teacher from Migori town had his wife employed in a village school in Siaya County. It was a cruel, inhuman policy, enforced by the cold-blooded reptilian CEO.

Why can't the Teachers Service Commission have a man as its CEO? A woman was CEO for 10 years. Her successor (acting) is a woman. The new one is a woman. Female leadership in public institutions that offer social services is a disaster. Even women themselves dislike it.

Kalenjin girls during penetration: “Woi! Woi! Woi!” “ Kiptayat.” “ Jehova.” “Woi! Woi! Woi!” Easily submissive girls. #MasculinitySaturday

A short story about being Amerix: Amerix writes a post on his timeline for his followers: "Umbwa. We shall cancel you. Focus on nutrition." Amerix then posts about poultry in his compound and shares a tray of eggs from his poultry. "Nonsense. We know what you are trying to say. You know nothing about farming. Focus on telling men to UNFAT." Amerix now tells men to UNFAT "This is bulshit. Obesity is genetics; focus on masculinity." Amerix now tells men to work hard, focus, be honest and have integrity. "Stupid. Why can't you tell Ruto to have integrity? Is it because he pays you?" Amerix calls out Ruto for lack of integrity and theft of taxes. "Useless Wamunyoro blogger. How much has he paid you? Why not talk about opposition's hypocrisy" Amerix now calls out the opposition for hypocrisy and inflammatory remarks. "We knew it. He has been paid. Focus on your stupidity and leave politics. Why not teach your followers how to earn money?" Amerix starts a foundational Python and Machine Learning class for his followers. "You are not a Software Expert. Leave programming to experts." Amerix now decides to write about Arsenal and Manchester United. "You are a loser. Shut up. You have opinion on everything." Amerix keeps quiet. "Why is he quiet? He has been paid to keep quiet." Amerix comes back. "Why is he back? He has been paid to come back to distract us" Amerix now decides to raise concerns about the exploitation of a vulnerable man. "You are shameless. Has he complained? Why shame an Afrikan man for living his life?" Amerix now stops talking about Africans and talks about America, Americans and Elon Musk. "We knew it. He is a colonial puppet. Why not talk about African billionaires?" Amerix now talks about Afrika and Aliko Dangote. "Stupid man being paid by Ruto to promote Dangote." Amerix now decides to talk about spirituality and moral piety. "You are a useless man who talks about a white man's religion." Amerix now decides to talk about Amerix. "Kwenda. You overrate yourself." Amerix finally decides to block haters and abusive comments to sanitise his timeline. "Emotional coward who blocks people because of alternative opinions." Amerix also decides to have an alternative opinion. "Umbwa. We shall cancel you. Write about nutrition." 7 years later, the cycle goes on and on and on and on and on. Lesson: A man on a journey should not accommodate distraction.
