ICCS plenary session 2 starts with a CSI case of T-ALL with SET::NUP214 with aberrant CD19 and cCD79a expression, don’t call MPAL!! In our experience, around 10-20% TALL can have aberrant CD19 expression, do PAX5 #flowiccs2022
