@IndiGo6E ur CS is vry pathetic, dey really need 2 be trained on hw 2 reply 2 customer mails/concern. Dey failed time & again to reply my concerns over compensation as per EU261 for Flight delays. My earlier concern also over SM is nt yet addressed. #shame #INDIGO
