A change in the weather has resulted in a sore throat and a stuffy nose 🤧 hoping it’s not as bad as the laryngitis I had last year. Although I wouldn’t say no to the over a stone weight loss from not eating 😂

Gym completed by 6:15am - the first time in months I’ve be been and got it done early. Now I have no stress or worry about fitting it in my working day and can crack on. I feel early morning workouts might be back… and of course naps after 👌🏼
