There are a lot of people who need to learn why an unfalsifiable claim is a poor measure on which to base your behavior. As an example, the people who say "voting doesnt matter" will use the result of their lack of involvement in their political system as evidence of their position. Of course, in that sense they create a self-fulfilling prophecy. I agree that voting alone isnt enough at this point in time. But that is not the same position. If you challenge the "both sides are the same so why try" perspective you will quickly find there is no evidence or attempt to find evidence to support this claim. Its all feelings based and algorithm driven. In fact, it seems to be those who saw through covid who have fallen for this psyop the most. Did they think the powers that be wouldn't tamper with their information sources?

The conclusion of the "teach Trump a lesson/both sides are the same" crowd seems to be that there is no solution and they will have to fight their way out. So lets explore what that looks like: 1 - wars are won on logistics, economics and manpower/tech advantage. The people pushing for this have none of the above. 2 - lets assume you have all of the above and can not only survive a few decades of tyrannical decline under left wing governance but also somehow survive the law enforcement, intel agencies, military (now stacked with rabid lefties), and aging - what then? Do you think you'll reconquer the nation after decades of unfettered 3rd world migration? Will you create new nations in enclaves? Orania only exists because South Africa is scared to piss off the global (still white) order by genociding them. So when that order is gone, what keeps the migrants from going South African in droves? 3. Once the shooting starts, what do you do about the foreign powers that take advantage of the conflict? If you look just a few steps down the road you will see very quickly there is no plan or strategy. Its a cop out. A way to feel good about the choice to punish the people who actually pushed for a lot of what you asked for - something no GOP or Dem government has done for 70 years. It is an excuse for being unwilling to compromise on some of the bullshit of the Trump admin to build toward their goals and take progressively larger wins, all so they could maybe one day "not vote their way out of this" by fighting the worlds preeminent nuclear power and, following that, the global geopolitical system. I don't know what to say. They traded the bird in the hand for an imaginary giraffe in an imaginary bush. There will be no breaking point or "mad max" world. What you will get instead is a South African quality of life with a Chinese style surveilance state run by "minorities" who mock and hate you. That is the end result of "opting out because both sides are just as bad."
