🚨WHAT ON EARTH?!!
A Nashville TEACHER OF THE YEAR walked away from her career because she says the district ORDERED HER TO FABRICATE A STUDENT’S GRADE.
She refused, so they went into the system and CHANGED IT THEMSELVES.
According to the teacher, a student didn’t finish a project so Hardcastle (the teacher) gave the grade the student earned... a failing grade.
Then a parent came in and SAT IN THE OFFICE FOR HOURS until that grade changed.
Three administrators huddled up and decided the AWARD-WINNING TEACHER was the problem.
She still refused to change the grade.
So they overrode her and changed it ANYWAY.
She quit in May and put all of it in a three-page resignation letter. It’s public. Read it yourself. She calls it GRADE FABRICATION.
And then she stood up in front of the school board and said the quiet part into a microphone: “Statistics are being skewed to protect the district, not our children.”
Our kids can’t read.
Can’t write.
Can’t do basic math.
...but the SCHOOL METRICS LOOK GREAT.
AND SHE IS NOT THE ONLY ONE.
WSMV4 Investigates pulled the internal emails of Diana Wills, a math teacher at Overton High.
Administrators told her she had to give FAILING STUDENTS a PASSING GRADE because she "hadn’t notified their parents first..."
She put her refusal in writing: “What is being done is unethical and could very well be interpreted as illegal.”
THE DISTRICT SUSPENDED HER.
She’s suing them right now.
At MNPS, when a teacher and an administrator disagree about a grade, THE ADMINISTRATOR WINS.
Not the person who taught the class.
Not the person who graded the work.
The bureaucrat whose numbers go UP when your kid passes.

After ORES denied the Shepherd’s Run Solar permit in Copake, New York, over floodplain compliance issues, it was discovered that Fort Edward Solar is another ORES-permitted project with the same FEMA Zone A flood designation within its project footprint.
And since New York State doesn't vet or monitor what the foreign solar corporations are doing at worksites, they are not aware these companies are siting arrays, inverters, and collection lines INSIDE documented flood zones.
What came out at Shepherd's Run was that ORES did not possess the authority to overrun the town's local flood laws.
Look at the Town of Copake and the Town of Fort Edward's floodplain laws, which are nearly identical:
Copake: §135-13(E)(1): "proposed development in riverine situations with no flood-elevation data, unnumbered A Zones, has to be analyzed to determine its effect on flood-carrying capacity."
Fort Edward: §54-13(E)(1): "proposed development in riverine situations with no flood-elevation data, unnumbered A Zones, has to be analyzed to determine its effect on flood-carrying capacity."
At Copake, the ORES Exec Director, Jason Zehr, found that the record lacked enough technical information to establish compliance with Chapter 135, particularly for components in FEMA Zone A. He upheld the conclusion that making the substantive compliance determination after permit issuance was “legally unsupportable.”
We here at American Land Rescue Fund went ahead and purchased FEMA flood maps overlaid on top of the Fort Edward Solar map to release to the public. Boralex (now Brookfield Asset Management) and the state/ORES surely don't want a map like this floating around the Internet.
Well, it's too late for that.
Please take a look at what happens when an industry is so insulated from the public, with no state oversight applied to foreign developers, that it's free to put INVERTERS on land that FLOODS.
We need answers immediately. And the Fort Edward Solar permit should be relinquished on the same grounds that just canceled the Shepherd's Run Solar permit.
