Though truly, the Counterparty community did and still view Ordinals as very exciting and interesting.
We now have protocol level Counterparty Inscriptions that can also be valid on Ord, so theres that!

Dispenser sales went from ~26 a week to ~114 a week since launch.
Every XCP FUN token is priced in XCP.
There are a lot of developments on $XCP lately. I am keen to see if this 2014 protocol can make the ultimate comeback.
