Using natural language to create and issue credentials, useful or not? 🤔 We tested the Model Context Protocol with @AnthropicAI's Claude and Paradym.

Update from Germany’s disruptive innovation initiative @SPRIND on the wallet competition they are holding. I love the principles here on how it’s organised:
- Smaller companies (on the left hand side) are funded, but at the end of the competition have to open source their wallet and backend code
- Larger companies (on right hand side) are not funded and don’t have to open source their code, but many are choosing to.
To me, this mirrors the UK Gov Digital Services approach on making sure publicly funded code is open sourced.
There are three stages in the competition, and at the end of each stage, a jury decides on which participants continue to the next stage. I liked how considered the approach was from the Sprin-D team. They’ll release one German govt funded EUDI wallet, but *also* create the mechanism for 3rd party/private wallets to exist so that there’s no “wallet lock-in”.
Rooting for friendlies like @AnimoSolutions as this progresses, as they are still in the game!

Did you know... @AnimoSolutions is currently working on their EUDI wallet for @SPRIND in the Paradym repo. These projects will eventually be merged meaning Paradym wallet users get access to all of the amazing work being done!

6⃣ Regulation and Interop
We have partnered with companies like @AnimoSolutions and @walt_id that offer *EU ARF compliant* VCs, with cheqd underneath for Roots of Trust.
And on the payment side, we will support fully *MiCA regulated* ledger transactions and credential payments.

Did you know Paradym automatically generates an invitation page that you can send to your end users? Super handy if you don't want to implement it yourself (or just like the look of ours 😉).

When you first access your Paradym account, you automatically generate Decentralized Identifiers (DIDs), which are used to sign credentials in Paradym. No hassle, no setup needed 🏎️

When we started working on Credo, I never thought we'd have to implement support for X.509 certificates, because that is "Legacy" and not how we do SSI 😁 Well... things change and thanks to @berend_io we'll soon have support for it in Credo
