Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your customer care sucks! You guys are a bunch of liars and just mislead your customers. Shame on you. My complaints are getting closed without getting fixed. Being an Airtel Black customer I did not expect this. Never using your services again.
Dear @EurekaForbes why has your customer service become so bad? I had booked a service for 21st April but till date the professional has not been assigned! Whenever I call the customer care, I get the same response "your service will be done soon". Please resolve ASAP.
@EurekaForbes I had taken an AMC worth ₹8.4k for 2 years and it is mentioned on the terms that all the spare parts will be replaced for free. And I'm being charged for it. The customer also said that I'll have to pay for it! This is clear cheating. Attaching image for reference.
@EurekaForbes Please stop harassing your customers like this. I have to get some or another service done every 15-20 days. I don't think that the parts being provided are of good quality. This is the worst customer service I have ever faced.
@amazonIN @AmazonHelp I had ordered a perfume worth ₹5100 and I got a product that was manufactured in July 2018 and is going to expire in June 2023. I asked for a replacement but I'm not able to get it because the product is not 'expired' yet! How can Amazon service get so low?
