Similar to men’s football, we found that hamstring injury was the most frequent and ACL injury the most burdensome injury. Leaving the thigh muscle injuries for a separate post, we recorded 33 ACL injuries in 30 players from 11 clubs, representing 2% of all injuries! – at Kristianstad, Sverige
