On 29 October about $6.3B left Binance's hot wallets in roughly 20 minutes, and $2.6M left Polymarket users. Investigators published the wallets it went to. ANONPAD reads those 43 wallets live, every 3 minutes, on 7 chains. This is the site. anonpad.tech
Hacked wallets now have a way back in. On ANONPAD, a victim proves their loss with one signature from their own wallet. The blockchain check runs on the spot: is this wallet the drained account, or its owner? Nothing is sent and nothing is paid to sign.
Hunters bring victims in. Make a link, send it to someone who lost money, and when they prove their loss through it you are credited with them. 20% of what is paid to that victim goes to the hunter. The leaderboard has a Hunters tab now.
Why we built ANONPAD: when a wallet is drained, the money is slow and the victim is alone. So we list the wallets the money went to, watch them live, and let anyone start a coin on one. Its fees fund the reward for getting that money frozen or returned. Recovery, crowdfunded.
We are live on @Pumpfun
The first ANONPAD coin is $8532FA14, for the Ethereum stash holding 197,460 ETH ($442.5M) from the Binance theft. Created from a visitor’s own wallet, fee split locked on chain.

Stolen money is slow. It sits for weeks while exchanges, issuers and sleuths work. A crowd that watches every wallet, writes to it, and funds a reward from trading fees is pressure the hackers did not plan for. The leaderboard remembers who showed up.
Next: more wallets as investigators publish them, memo sends on Bitcoin, Tron and XRP, and the reward paid out when money really comes back. 43 wallets, read live, right now: anonpad.tech
