Fan of I, Robot by Isaac Asimov?
I was re-reading his works recently (I'm up to Robots of Dawn) and decided to pick writing back up with my own take on AI.
Starting with my first "I, AI" story called "Spare Cycles" (no AI was used to write this story):

Never thought I would be someone posting an AI harness, but here we go.
I built Claudette to fit right into my daily #GameDev workflows.

I had Claude Code build 100 redesigns for my personal site and came to one serious conclusion: AI Web Design Is Bootstrap All Over Again

Opus 5.5 performs at the level of Fable 5.1. It's ~30% faster and ~40% cheaper than Opus 5 per task.
In Claude Code:
- 5-hour session limits increase 20% today
- Opus 5.5 is priced lower, so it goes 25% further within limits
- Pro, Max, and Team users get a reset to use anytime
My checklist whenever a new Claude model comes out:
- [ ] update my skills repo github.com/AntJanus/skillbox to take advantage of it
- [ ] update all local/global CLAUDE.md files
- [ ] create my first new artifact analyzing a codebase and see if it's finally legible
Got a nice surprise when I saw my Claude session use Opus 5.5....that just came out. News travels faster in a claude code session than outside of it, apparently!

One of my favorite games of all time. I was so impressed when I first saw it.
Peter Molyneux, Sid Meier, Richard Garriott, Jordan Mechner, Roberta Williams, Geoff Crammond… all legends.
But one person is definitely missing from that illustrious group: Wendell Hicken, the creator of Scorched Earth (1991). Released as shareware, it was played by a whole generation of gamers.
Very few games had a better multiplayer experience. To me this is a perfect example of idea and concept over graphics. It certainly didn’t look state of the art in 1991, but the gameplay was a perfect 10 out of 10.
One of my favorite things about the era of having agentic coders and open source software is being able to pull down a repo and add a feature or two that only _you_ want to use.
Protip:
set your statusline.sh for Claude Code to:
1. display the current working directory
2. display the model being used
3. show context usage and colorize it according to usage
Excited for Fable 5.1 to be out so as always, I follow my model upgrade process:
1. read the new prompt guide: platform.claude.com/docs/en/…
2. update my rate-skill, generate-skill, and other skills: github.com/AntJanus/skillbox
3. update all global prompts
4. update all local prompts
I got really frustrated with Claude Code building very plain UIs and not really using UI patterns suited to display/manipulate certain data so I decided to build an AI-friendly UI Patterns library:

Lowkey kinda glad we're prob not gonna see The Guardians anymore in The MCU, with the exception of Quill (who knows when we'll see him again). Their ending was literally perfect
Thinking of resurrecting my programmer's proverbs repo: github.com/AntJanus/programm…
What would be some proverbs describing the current state of things with AI/Programming?
Claude artifacts are probably one of the strongest features of Claude because of how much you can do with it:
- preview UI changes
- create custom reports
- architecture diagrams
- rewrite Opus slop with Fable and the ADHD skill so it makes more sense
Glad I retired my agent-ipc project. I figured it'd be built-in eventually.

I've been building so many apps that I lose track of them. So of course I built another app that can manage everything.
And the best part? The wrapper app can compile all of the apps into a desktop binary for super easy portability.
