Hillsborough County officials are considering local action affecting kratom, and an important county commission meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 10, 2026.
Local restrictions can have serious consequences for consumers and small businesses. We need to make sure county officials hear from the community as they evaluate kratom-related policies.
