REMINDER: All Alief ISD schools will be closed for Fall Break from October 7-9, 2026. Additionally, there will be no school on Monday, October 12, 2026, due to a student holiday and planning day. Classes will resume on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

For TAFE teacher Andrea Lotsu, belonging to Alief ISD means seeing the impact of the students she has helped shape as they return to our schools and make a difference of their own. Watching her students grow into educators and leaders who give back to the Alief community is what makes this place so special. She can’t imagine doing this work anywhere else, and we’re proud to have her here. Because in Alief, #YouBelongHere! #AliefProud #WeAreAlief
