A modern masterpiece: 2014-D High Relief (silver). These were sold in collector sets for 50th Anniversary of Kennedy 50c. Less than 220k were minted.
They have an enhanced luster & high relief which differentiate it from regular strikes. Therefore coin grade with "SP" prefix.

First time getting an NGC X graded coin. The 10-point grading system is okay & easier to understand for those unfamilar with 70 point Sheldon grading scale. It's also similar to grading scale of trading cards.

One of my favorite #pedigrees is Omaha Bank Hoard. They're not the most abundant but also not so rare that they're hard to find or expensive. I've managed to build quite a few sets of these. From dates, mints, denominations to grades, there are several ways you can #collect them.
