When Trump anticipates an election loss for himself or his allies, he starts talking incessantly about election fraud in the runup. But when he wins, all is well. Elections are great. His bluster re 2020 caused a violent attack on our Capitol. How is anyone buying this?

This is absolute nonsense. And dangerous. The absolute delusion among many on the right that conservatives, or MAGA, command a super electoral majority fuels all kinds of dysfunction and risks much worse. – at Manhattan, NY
If John Thune had passed Voter ID into law, we’d be talking about whether Republicans should be expecting majorities or supermajorities in the House and Senate. Florida passed election reform laws and went from a swing state to a 20 point red state in 2 years. But John Thune is a Deep State puppet and all he did was fight to keep the bipartisan Swamp in power.

Some of the golfers who I spoke to when we reported out on the course were actually concerned about getting hit in the head more now that they have cleared trees that previously provided protection.
Trump tonight adds a new reason he must renovate the golf course "immediately," one that DOJ didn't mention in months of litigation: "Narrow fairways ... leading to a constant barrage of people being hit with wayward shots." truthsocial.com/@realDonaldT…

I don’t think I ever believed I’d see a newspaper paragraph like this: President Trump ‘said he would welcome immigrants from Denmark but not from Norway “because ‌I didn’t get the Nobel Prize, so I don’t want anybody from Norway”.’

It seems odd to me that Breyer would say this, or at least was said to have said it. "Forced out"? He had life tenure, he could stay as long as he wanted. Curious if Breyer has (or will have) a public response to this allegation. nytimes.com/2026/10/26/us/po…

One time I was in court and a judge commented on how my name was spelled. I jokingly said, “Yeah, it’s unique. Apparently my parents weren’t very good at spelling.” The judge looked at me and said, “That’s my daughter’s name. And that’s exactly how I spelled it.” Anyways, that’s the last time I ever made a joke in court.
