🚨🇸🇴 UEFA announce Omar Artan to referee UEFA Super Cup between PSG and Aston Villa in August after being denied access to the USA.

What an absolute disgrace. A FIFA-certified referee being denied entry to the United States purely because he is Somali.
The World Cup is meant to bring people together. This is racism, plain and simple. Shameful.

MISTAKES ARE THERE TO BE MADE but more importantly we gotta learn from it!!

Hey every1!!
About 3 months ago , I put a statement that there was gonna be a great update!!!
I brought in about 1500 chickens into my farm!! I bought it from a friend !! Some were laying and some didn’t reach maturity!! Nevertheless,I keep telling myself that this was gonna be a successful project!! BLOCK A ,which was my initial project were perfectly laying at 95% as for BLOCK B( the newly chickens) were at 25%. Terrible isn’t ? BUT NOT YET. 3 weeks into the project! Abruptly! Both BOTH BLOCKS stopped laying eggs !!!!😡😡😡😡🤦🏾🤦🏾
Headache was my new name!!
1st: mistake was that I didnt commit to the health of BLOCK B b4 I brought them in! 🤦🏾🤦🏾
But that was not all!
BLOCK B started dying on and on and on!! Spent a lot of money trying to solve the solution!! Family members keep telling me to give up!!
But 1 thing I knew was not to give up!! I just had to see it through!!
1 month into the disastrous pandemic!! After losing 200 chickens of BLOCK B! Surprisingly BLock A STARTED LAYING AGAIN!! They started picking up slowly by 2 crates a day! Slowly but surely things were coming back to normal or did I thought!🙃🙃!!
I ran out of money. Especially when I needed!! Not completely but I had to make a choice if I had divert the money into the farm or the lively hood of my family!! I decided to balance my income and thank God it worked even tho I got into a debt !!!
2nd month ! Things started making sense ! BLOCK A REACHED 88% and block B ,the initial numbers were 1500 but remaining 1200 chickens were laying 14 crates daily!! Yeeeees is not LOOKING GOOD. But at least they were able to sustain themselves without dipping into my pockets!!!
Finally 1st of this month ,I had to make a serious DECISION!!!
BLOCK A were doing decent ! 33 crates out of 38 crates!
BLOCK B 14 crates out 40 crates
I decided to SELL BLOCK B n separate the laying chickens and those that weren’t!! It isn’t easy when not using cages so the guys did pretty well!!! It took us 2 weeks to MARK THEM !! Sold 500 chickens and remained 700 of it!!
Now we r doing good ! BLOCK B 16 crates out of 23 crates !! Slowly picking up n BLOCK A 34 crates!!
Lessons::
Mistakes happen ,especially when you are over hyped about success!!!
I rushed into buying BLOCK B without realizing that I was over reaching!!
I IGNORED everything about the videos of @MasabaDaniel and looked the other way!! Yes he is an absolute beast but sometimes we have to make our own mistakes to learn!!
So if you guys were wondering why I haven’t posted for 3 months ! This is why 😂😅😅 a loss of $4,000 occurred during those 3 months ! It includes buying them chickens !!
Hey every1 !! Man!
It’s been awhile!! BAD NEWS N GOODS that I gotta share!!
Obviously I won’t be THAT farmer that tells “hey everything about poultry farming is good so start asap”
I’ll be honest n make sure that what I say is from my experience! So don’t worry 😉
I’m still a farmer n will always be 1!
Just teaching lessons!! See u soon
GREAT NEWS COMING SOON !!!! We r planning to expand our farm and bring in over 1000 chickens that r ready to lay eggs. Sometimes is better to improvise than Waite for the money to buy stuff!!

Follow your passion is terrible advice.
Have you noticed that most people that tell you to follow your passion are already rich??
Following your passion is not what makes you successful at what you do...it's the reverse. When you are successful at thing, you almost always develop a passion for it.
Most of us think we are inherently passionate at something but in reality, it's just became we discovered it and got good at it an early age.
If something makes you so much money, I can guarantee that you'll be passionate at it.
So, instead of following your passion, try out different things, then try to be good at some of them. That is the start to getting great

Sometimes, when I feel like giving up, I see these mothers on the road and get reminded that I should be grateful and keep on keeping on.
