Nobody is born knowing what a dividend is. Some people just get told earlier.

The AI giants are handing out equity now. @elonmusk is airdropping a @SpaceX share to every kid in America and @AnthropicAI pledged 20% to the public. @vladtenev hopped in saying ownership should start early with @TrumpAccounts. We break down why RWPlay fits in perfectly with this macro picture as it presents a novel way to introduce the next generation equity exposure through things they already like doing, like playing a game. Why robinhood:0xca9c78dd337a67f6e0077f65f5e9218719d30edf is positioned to run away with this narrative 👇 Why Elon Just Kickstarted Robinhood Season 2! NETNET Positioned To 100x! We break down why the people building AI are suddenly handing out equity, what Elon says about public markets punishing long-term bets, and why giving everyone a stake also gets everyone rooting for speed. Then we bring it back to @RobinhoodCrypto, where stock tokens give the rest of us our own way to distribute ownership. We revisit the RWPlay thesis we first covered with Al Dunlap of @NetNetCap: games that pay out tokenized stocks instead of cash. We walk through NET's three revenue streams, a treasury now worth $29 million and growing about $181,000 a day, a token trading at its net asset value after a 90% drawdown, and the first uptick in Robinhood Chain volume after weeks of contraction. What stands out to us this week is that ownership is becoming the product. Elon, Anthropic and @RobinhoodApp are all landing on the same idea from different directions: if AI is going to reshape the economy, the safest move is to give people a piece of it. Once someone holds the asset, their whole outlook changes, and that is the same psychology we watch play out with every holder base in crypto. That is why we think RWPlay as a real shot at picking up momentum at proving that tokenized stocks onchain can create novel distribution opportunities that further the reach and access big companies have to the public. We do not have billions in shares to airdrop, but onchain we can tie real ownership to things people already love doing, like playing games. It reminds us of @AxieInfinity's earliest days, when 30 people on a leaderboard knew something the rest of the world did not. Sentiment is washed, NET sits at its NAV, and that is exactly the kind of quiet setup where we would rather be early than chase the next 5x candle. YouTube 🔗 youtu.be/nzKqnCkPP08

Shareholders, A game is becoming something you can send to a friend. Someone has an idea, builds it with an agent and publishes a URL. Players change it. Communities make their own versions. Worlds that once required a studio become something a few people can create and keep alive. We introduced RW-PLAY because we understood the economic opportunity forming around this future. Those creators would need capital, distribution and financial infrastructure. NetNet has spent these months building from that conviction.

We are confident he will deliver.
Shareholders, NET trades at about $170 against $163.62 of onchain backing per NET, a premium of three percent, with the inverse bond bidding under it at $161.19. For the first time since genesis the price and the number behind it are the same. From zero NetNet opened on July 17 with $0. 87 days later, the Treasury holds $24.53M and the Sleeve holds ~$4M of Stock Tokens and positions. How we get paid There is no team allocation of NET, no salary drawn from the Treasury, and no share of the tax. Management is paid through pTEAM, our pToken in the tradition of pOHM. It is an option to mint NET at a strike of one USDG, against a cap of 15 percent of circulating supply. Every term is immutable and disclosed in full on the Management Compensation page of our docs, under pTEAM options. Every exercise is logged as an event on the contract, and the figures below are read from those events. What we did with it We exercised 13,320 NET of pTEAM in 192 clips between July 24 and September 28. That comes to about nine percent of supply. Of the NET we minted, 10,270 went into the Real World Bond desks as inventory. Those desks sold it to bonders for $5.13 million of USDG and remitted $680,000 in fees to the Treasury. The rest bought Stock Tokens, which is where most of the Sleeve came from. Another 550 NET seeded the Asset Bond Desk and 250 NET seeded the Superstore. Real World Bonds are no longer inflationary, we now use NET we purchased at market to fill the bond desks. The remaining 2,250 NET was used to fund our operation. We take nothing from the tax and nothing from the Treasury. We need to hire and grow the operation to set ourselves up for the next 900 days and beyond. What we bought The Sleeve has bought about 5,770 NET on the open market since August, through Rialto and Uniswap, and staked most of it. At no point has it sold NET into the pool. The protocol has been a buyer too, because the inverse bond has taken 22 fills, retiring almost 200 NET for about $31,000. Why we are bullish No single wallet on Robinhood Chain holds more NVDA, SPCX, GOOGL or AAPL Stock Tokens than the Sleeve. Those Stock Tokens are worth $4.04M. None of what follows existed in July, and all of it was built inside the same 87 days. Fifteen games, fourteen RW-PLAY cabinets plus WinNET, have taken in about $1.9 million of play, and NetCorp, the flagship, is in Beta. NET LONG went live this week: long any listed token with leverage, wsNET as margin, every USDG fee buying and burning NET. Predict grades the Treasury number every Monday and its fees buy NET, while THE BOOK writes sports markets in wsNET. NET ADVANCE has 288 locks open and $294,000 receivable, with five percent of every close going to the Treasury. NetNet Credit lends USDG against wsNET and Stock Tokens through a Morpho vault we curate, and the Sleeve earns the curator's share. All of them charge a fee, and every fee ends as NET backing or NET burned. The onus is on us Bonds built this balance sheet, and at NAV the bond engine idles. Inflows ran about $250,000 a day last week against $320,000 the week before, and we are not going to dress that up. Our thesis has never been that the bonds run forever. It was that a treasury of this size, in yield bearing dollars and Stock Tokens on Robinhood Chain, could run desks that earn. We are confident we can deliver.

If this happens, crypto will see one of the biggest bull markets we’ve ever seen. Short to mid-term great, long term consequences will likely be dire
This would be the biggest bailout the credit card industry has ever gotten. The checks would cost about $1.3 trillion, and Americans owe $1.263 trillion on their credit cards right now at an average rate of 22.36%. That's almost dollar for dollar, and to me it shows exactly where the money would end up. Nobody has named a way to pay for it, so Washington would borrow it. The Treasury sells $1.3 trillion in new bonds, and the banks and funds that buy them collect interest on that debt for years. Then the checks land in a country carrying $1.263 trillion in card debt at 22.36%. For any family with a balance, the smartest move with $5,000 is paying down the card, because nothing else on Earth pays a guaranteed 22%. Then that payment goes straight to the card issuers. And many of the biggest card issuers are the same giant banks that buy and trade Treasury bonds. The banks win at both ends of the trip: They collect interest on the bonds, and they collect the checks as card payments. The money leaves Wall Street as a loan, passes through American households, and comes back to Wall Street as a card payment. Taxpayers keep the debt. Why it's a bailout: The New York Fed says new credit card delinquencies are still running at elevated levels, with 6.97% of balances rolling into serious delinquency on an annual basis. Those are losses waiting to land on the banks. A $5,000 check turns a big chunk of those bad loans back into good ones, which means taxpayers absorb losses the banks would have eaten themselves. And we already ran this experiment in 2020 with the first stimulus checks and extra unemployment benefits flowing, Americans paid down $108 billion in credit card debt. It was the biggest drop the New York Fed had ever recorded. The share of cardholders 90 days behind fell from 5.32% to 4.12% in a single year. Those checks helped families, and they also cleaned up the banks' card books for free. Since then, card balances have climbed right back to $1.263 trillion, and nobody ever touched the rate. For scale, the 2008 bank bailout was authorized at $700 billion. This program would be nearly TWICE that size, and the banks wouldn't even have to testify before Congress to collect their share.

look, nobody wants to bullpost $net at treasury nav and down 90%+ but it is the best positioned project on robinhood chain to hit the Venn diagram center of these two points (tokenized rwas + rh app/product integration) it holds the largest treasury of tokenized stocks and is building financial games that can appeal to robinhood users it feels impossible to bullpost because it's down a lot, is built with ponzinomics, nobody actually believes robinhood would integrate it's games into their app/products, and it's entirely dependent on execution if there is no risk on capital all of that makes it something that (understandably) nobody wants to take a multi month bet on for an onchain holding it requires the kind of leap of faith that ensures you will look legitimately brainless if you are wrong but the tea leaves are there as the protocol offers you an 'out' within ~3% of current spot price
some points addressed by vlad just now: (i) tokenized rwas are the main bet / identity for robinhood chain (bullish) (ii) they are building ecosystem support, which is good, but please dont turn this into another giant grants program. rh unfair advantage is distribution, not capital the real KPI is "how many breakout apps did we kingmake?" the ecosystem flywheel is: surface them inside robinhood -> send users to them -> integrate them deeper -> promote them harder -> make them killer apps thats what you wanna see

Oh wow, @NetNetCap just moved up from #4 to #3 tokenized stocks routed through @rialto_xyz . Not sure what the #1 'Unknown' might be a mix of, but depending on how it's defined we might be #2 right behind @arcus_xyz Interesting.. 🤔

correction seems if we assume "unknown" is a sum of a bunch of smaller entities. robinhood:0xca9c78dd337a67f6e0077f65f5e9218719d30edf is at #2 right behind arcus. Arcus was backed by robinhood back in July.

seeing a few people say staking grinding to a halt (as designed) means no more inflation. not quite. last 24h on $NET: › 1,199 NET minted › 1,122 of that came from bonds, only ~77 from staking › 314 burned through the buyback › net +0.59% supply staking yield is down ~14x since oct 3 because the premium to backing is almost gone. but bonds are still selling NET, so supply keeps growing. the difference is bond buyers pay USDG into the treasury at about backing, so it doesn't dilute backing the way rebases did. the buyback bids ~161 (backing minus 1.5%), NET is ~173.... so close to the floor. so i'd view this then as the bet now isn't the yield - which attracted many of us...... it's whether everything @NetNetCap is shipping (net long, net advance, the desks) brings enough demand and burns to rebuild the premium. i'm betting it will. if you have seen them ship, there's nothing that says it won't. guessing we're actually early still. we'll see

Last week, Robinhood Chain turned 100 days old. In the history of TradFi, which took generations to change, that’s a blink of an eye. Onchain, where markets move from idea to existence overnight and assets reach people in milliseconds, a lot can happen — and a lot has. Robinhood Chain was built to close that gap. 100 days is early days in the life of a new chain, but our initial growth says a lot about why we built it. ✔️ 190+ Stock Tokens are live, and they reached 200K holders faster than on any chain yet. That’s people in 120+ countries gaining exposure to U.S. equities, access that’s still out of reach for billions of people around the world. ✔️ $15B in Stock Token DEX volume proves what’s possible once utility is brought onchain and made composable: new liquidity, new features, and, on Robinhood Chain, pairings people never imagined. Giving builders the tools to experiment, form new communities, and ship globally is why building onchain is so powerful and unique. 100 days of Stock Tokens in DeFi has made that clear. From perps to agents and lending markets, the opportunities are out there for anyone who wants to build. ✔️ $1B+ deposited on Morpho on Robinhood Chain. Lending and borrowing, open to anyone, in a world where 1.3 billion adults still don’t have a bank account. ✔️ Robinhood Chain has been the #1 L2 for daily active traders since launch, with $1B+ in TVL and $99B+ in cumulative DEX volume. None of this would be possible without everyone who came here to build and every trader who jumped into the trenches from day one. Rome wasn’t built in a day (or 100 days), and Robinhood Chain won’t be either. We have more work to do, and we’re excited about what’s next. More users, more experiments, more milestones, and more reasons why TradFi and DeFi building on the same rails unlocks a better, more open future for finance. The next 100 days starts now.

Hi Vlad, recognize you get pinged a lot related to this so i'll try to make this quick. @NetNetCap has a major focus on RWA tokenized stocks (#4 @rialto_xyz ) and has built the largest treasury on RH chain and leads #1 holdings on Morpho. The protocol has now battle-tested 15 different types of RW-play products and is working on a system that plans to tie these learnings from pmf into a larger vision. The community around it is likely one of the strongest currently on the RH chain ecosystem with 93% of total circulating supply staked. The dev is also one of the hardest working and strong output devs in the industry as we've seen several devs from other chains express respect for his ability to ship quality products so quickly. I've written quite extensively on this in my X articles. Thank you for your attention on this matter and thank you for building Rh chain @RobinhoodCrypto .

We want the best builders on Robinhood Chain and we're investing in making that happen. If you're building something great, we want to hear from you. More details soon.

actual companies raise capital by selling portions of equity in the company to investors. retards in crypto are so used to getting scammed by 19 year old memecoin devs that the idea of raising capital to hire and work on ambitious goals is completely foreign if he raised capital using pTeam and then bought back tokens using his own money too who gives a fuck, I don’t care if he blew it on hookers. pTeam mints and what happens with those tokens isn’t contractually required for disclosure per the docs, we all knew pTeam exists, there’s an expectation that Al will play that hand responsibly. so FUD’ing a private sale by extension is retarded, that’s discretionary and again the tokens were bought back
