Accidentally shuffled on to this song in my archive. It's from 1987 and sums up exactly how I feel right now.
Save me, save me from tomorrow.
I don't want to sail with this ship of fools.

Netanyahu is short of a majority – but his opponents, who campaigned on saving democracy, can’t replace him without the Arab parties they refuse to govern with. For now, the apartheid consensus holds.
This is what @NathanThrall told Equator before the vote:
I see these stories about how terrible it is that Chinese companies are doing this, but we seem to ignore all the South African and European companies that have done the same thing.

let's revisit this in a week when the speculators have taken their profits.
The fucking audacity of this would be amusing if it wasn't so serious.
The entitlement is actually insane. Imagine being in a workplace where an entire meeting has to stop because someone needs to pray at a specific time, and everybody is expected to accommodate it without question. Imagine changing examination schedules around one religious group’s requirements. Now imagine a Christian asking for an entire meeting to stop because they need to pray at a specific time. Would that same accommodation be extended, or would they be told to manage their religion on their own time?
Religious freedom cannot mean that one religion’s practices become everybody else’s responsibility while everyone else is expected to keep their beliefs private and out of the way. If we are accommodating religious practices, the principle should be applied fairly, not selectively.
Imagine shutting the country down for Christmas and Easter - imagine changing work schedules to accommodate one religious group's.

Deeply misleading post: of the R1.3 billion, only R10.6 million was spent on refugees and asylum seekers.
And the total of R1.3bn (almost all of which was spent on permanent residents), should be understood in the context of a budget for social assistance of just under R300bn.
The amount spent on permanent residents is less than 0.4% of the social assistance budget. The amount spent on refugees and asylum seekers is less than 0.004% of the social assistance budget.
Over 99.5% of the social grants budget is spent on citizens. Over 99.99% is spent on citizens and permanent residents.
But don't let facts get in the way.
I have some ideas, but I don't think Tarek will like them.

Seriously, and I'm not trying to be sarcastic, how could the concerns about SAA's finances and governance be "deepening"? Is it a bottomless abyss?

Due to the Islamification of South African food & drink, I will be selling non-Halaal water (for home and business use). I use a patented system where we play the water Hillsong until it starts vibrating, so you know the Inshallah has been vibrated out. DM for enquiries.
This entire article, including all anecdotes, is the story told by one anonymous 'contractor'.

Hmmmm. Like whining about halaal food.
Sen. @BernieSanders: What disgusts me most about Trump is that he is a racist and the most divisive president that we have seen in a very long time. Much of the campaign in Michigan are based on racist attacks against Abdul El-Sayed. Trump may be a mentally unbalanced person, but he is not stupid. Like demagogues throughout history, he understands that the most effective way to stay in power is to divide people up. You find a powerless minority and blame them for all of the problems facing society. The reason that they are using Islamophobia against Abdul is because they have nothing to say about the real issues facing working people.

The hoops AmaJacinta are jumping through to justify their Islamophobia is making my head hurt. I’ve never seen a group of people so dedicated to being loud, hateful and wrong.
Sies man.
