Baheti Recycling Industries INR 320–330 mn of aluminium wire-rod capex can support INR 5 bn of run-rate revenue, an exceptional revenue-to-capex multiple of 15x. Dynamic Cables The new facility requires INR 400–450 mn of gross block but carries annual revenue potential of INR 2.8–3.0 bn, implying asset turnover around 6.7x. Megatherm Induction Management estimates INR 250–300 mn of capex can add INR 1.5 bn of transformer-production capacity, allowing substantial growth from a relatively modest incremental investment. NeoChem Bio Solutions Replacing reactors for only a few million rupees each can lift throughput until utilisation reaches the mid-80s. The low-cost debottlenecking supports continued high growth before a larger greenfield project is required. Indo Borax & Chemicals Organic debottlenecking is expected to lift Pithampur output materially without major capex, while the downstream boron-oxide project offers 2.5–3x the realisation of standard boric acid. IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals The new CDMO facility was built at INR 1.15 bn and is expected to deliver 2.5x asset turnover at attractive margins. Strategic capex is intended to add 25–30% incremental revenue once fully operational. Kalpataru Projects International The INR 1.5 bn captive rolling mill is expected to have a one-to-two-year payback through lower inventory, flexibility and internal conversion economics. The delta is cost and working-capital efficiency rather than only new sales. Sheela Foam Management expects ROCE to improve toward 20–25% as profitability scales without significant incremental capex. Existing infrastructure and limited debottlenecking can therefore produce a large return delta from modest capital.
