My doctor rang 3 times yesterday to see how I was. She is chasing up an urgent mental health assessment for me. I'm out for a walk and then I'll go to my sister's house at 1pm. Thanks for your messages and tweets I appreciate you all. #mentalhealth #nevergiveup

Well I went to the hospital last night. They did an ECG and took bloods. I was sat there until 6am. No one from the mental health team came to see me. I was given the phone number for the crisis team which I already had. I'm a bit disappointed with it really. #mentalhealth
I've been sat thinking about what to do. I'm going to go to the hospital and see what they say.. I'm feeling very anxious about it. I hope they can help. Wish me luck. #mentalhealth
