The three Kings of Norway 🇳🇴, Denmark 🇩🇰 and Sweden 🇸🇪 in Oslo today. We belong together in the Nordic world.
Monte sold @Rainwakercs to Luminosity with around six months left on his contract, receiving a healthy buyout equivalent to several years of his base salary.
Despite cashing in on his transfer, Rainwaker is still owed a significant amount in prize money and salary - and last but not least, his share of sticker/digital item revenue from the IEM Cologne Major.
If Monte don't clear their debts to the players, they should not be allowed to compete in tournaments ever again. And until every outstanding debt has been paid, I sincerely hope no player or agency will do business with this organization.

Totally agree with Bymas. It sucks that it had to become public, but same here, I still haven’t received any of the prize pool for my time with Monte.
Since Monte seems comfortable taking shots at me publicly, I think it’s only fair to give some context.
Monte owes me tens of thousands of dollars, plus my share of Monte’s Major team sticker revenue. I haven’t received any tournament prize money since 2025, and I am also still owed multiple monthly payments and performance bonuses.
Multiple former players and the coach are also still owed substantial amounts, to my knowledge.
I stayed quiet for a long time because I respected the organization and wanted to give them every chance to sort this out privately and make things right.
Payment delays were also a recurring issue throughout my time with Monte. We repeatedly reached out asking why this kept happening and were told it would be fixed, but nothing ever really changed. Over time, that made it harder and harder to trust that things would be handled properly.
And to be clear, this had a major impact on my decision not to re-sign with Monte. We’ve seen too many players in esports get burned by organizations that fail to pay what they owe, so I wasn’t willing to put myself in that position. It’s hard to commit your future to an org when situations like this keep happening.
The situation at Monte was uncertain. Re-signing would have meant committing to an organization we no longer trusted to consistently meet its financial obligations, with no guarantee that the same roster would even stay together long term.
The hate towards Luminosity and the players is unjustified. If anything, Monte’s own actions and failures were a big reason why things ended the way they did.
Choosing not to re-sign is not betrayal. After repeated payment issues and everything that had happened, we had every right to make the decision we felt was best for our careers. Calling us “rats” or “traitors” for that doesn’t change the reasons why we chose to move on.
If you have time to comment and make videos taking shots at former players, you should probably have time to pay the people who worked for you and earned that money. 😉
P.S. What makes this even harder to understand is that Monte received a very substantial amount of money from buyouts after the Major, while former players and staff are still waiting to be paid what they are owed.

Esports icon @BanKsEsports alongside Trackmania prodigy @neontm3, accompanied by ULTI co-founder @FrankBerget 🤝
Banks has been a familiar face at the biggest events in esports for years, while neon has announced himself on the big stage in spectacular fashion - already setting several world records at his very first LAN.
Proven experience meets fearless ambition.
Proud to represent them both!
The word “prodigy” gets thrown around a lot. With @neontm3, it’s starting to feel like an understatement.
.@neontm3 isn't human. 👽
World records in Japan, South Korea AND Argentina. three maps, three records. This is nuts.

Very proud of 19-year-old @DenisLazavik for making it all the way to the Grand Final at EWC. An incredible run on the biggest stage, and a sign of just how bright his future is.
Remember the name. We’re excited to continue supporting Denis on his journey and can’t wait to see what comes next.
One thing’s for sure: there’ll be plenty of teams looking to secure his signature ahead of next year’s Esports World Cup.

Imagine earning around £7.5m a year as a Premier League player for years, and when your own esports organization screws up and ends up owing its players and staff around $600k - you’re not stepping up to settle it.
An absolute disgrace. These players and staff deserve better. Hope this article blows up and helps them get some justice. The whole situation makes me sick to my stomach.

We’re proud to have represented @ashhhcs and facilitated his move to Aurora as Head Coach.
Looking forward to seeing what this new chapter brings. Congratulations to everyone involved. 🤝
Another milestone on the journey, and a very exciting opportunity.
Thanks for the continued trust, Ashley.
It’s a privilege to represent someone of your character. Wishing you and Aurora every success.
Great to finally see this one go live. We had the pleasure of joining Magnus Carlsen in London for the filming of this Esports World Cup campaign. Incredible lineup with Cristiano Ronaldo, Faker, ZywOo, KarlTzy and YiNuo.
The talent speaks for itself, but what stood out most was his mindset and desire to keep pushing forward.
Excited to work together and help create opportunities as he continues building his career.
Welcome, @neontm3 👊
