Before the midterm elections, I had several GPF subscribers asking if the Republicans lose control of the House or Senate, whether it will make much difference to the U.S.’s geopolitical actions globally.
My field is geopolitics, and this is in a way a political question. However, in my work I have encountered an oddity in the United States, a demonstrable, consistent set of cycles. One is socio-economic, with a crisis occurring every 50 years, with the last one taking place in the 1970s. I also found a consistent cycle of institutional crises every 80 years, with the last one climaxing about 80 years ago, in 1945.
I wrote a book on this, “The Next 100 Years,” forecasting that the 2020s would be the first time both cycles shifted at roughly the same time. It would therefore be a more disrupted cycle, with the disruption and restructuring of American society, economy and institutions creating massive tension. That was published in 2009. In a later book, “The Storm Before the Calm,” I forecast that the election of 2028 would signal the beginning of the end of both cycles and a radically new, increasingly stable and significantly different socio-economic and institutional system. Since then I have developed some thoughts on why the United States reinvents itself with such regularity, but I have not fully thought them out yet.
In my view politics is the outcome of these cycles and not the cause of them. I think we are nearing the end of the instability that emerged during the first part of the decade, and will stabilize toward the end of the decade, beginning after 2028. So I do not look at the political tension we are experiencing as the cause of the current crisis, but as an outcome of the cyclical crisis. The U.S. has spent this decade reinventing itself, a disruptive and at times unpleasant experience, but one that is nearing its end, that will not be fully in place until nearer the end of the decade.
As I have said, I am still working through the foundations of these cycles, but the political unrest is in my mind the product of the cycle and in that sense a clearing of the table in preparation for the beginning of a new and significantly different cycle. The political instability, along with the social, economic and institutional instability, is the effect, not the driver of this cyclical process.

This was the implosion of the Republican party and the total discrediting of the MAGA movement as an electoral force. I'm not going to cast blame or point fingers, because it doesn't matter. There's no point in an election post-mortem because you are never again going to get the chance to vote your way out of this anyway. That window closed tonight.
The GOP's current brand is dead. When they rebrand, which they will, because it's a party run by cockroaches, it's going to be surrender packaged in platitudes. From today forward, if you're a normative white person under 60, a right winger, an America First type, you will no longer have viable or serious electoral political representation. They won't let you have it. Neither party. There will be the left moving the center to them and there will be some cuckhold pumping a fake set of brakes from his chair in the corner as he greedily feasts on his last meal.
The takeover of the GOP has failed. We didn't have the critical mass and all rushing the cockpit got us was a smoldering crater in a field and promises of more pain to come. The people who cheered Charlie Kirk getting shot in the neck are in the driver's seat now. They're never going to forgive you for disrupting their great arc of history. They are going to kill, imprison, ruin, and crush you. Then, they're coming for your kids. This is non-negotiable for them. They are going to salt the earth and make sure nothing like MAGA can ever grow here again. I promise you this.
Nothing resembling the America that was is coming back. Everything after after the 120th Congress is seated will be something new and unprecedented. The American nation's continuity with our ancestors will be severed, just like they wanted.
Be ready. Collect friends. Make plans. Execute on them. Nobody is coming to save you.

We are looking at a shaping operation similar to 2020 where they told you: “on election day it would look like Trump was winning but when the mail-in ballots were counted, Biden would win”. So you would not pay attention to mail-in ballot drops that were 100 percent for one candidate - which everyone knows never happens organically. Un error acaba de generar una crisis de seguridad impresionante. La revista Der Spiegel —un medio, cabe destacar, de marcada tendencia izquierdista— ha sacado a la luz un documento interno que prueba cómo Die Linke ha sido secuestrado por el islamismo.
Su candidata a gobernar Berlín, Elif Eralp, envió por accidente a la redacción las notas privadas de una entrevista donde confiesa estar coaccionada y aterrorizada por Hamás que opera dentro de su propio partido.
Resulta que luego de una entrevista, el equipo de la candidata revisó la transcripción. Durante este proceso, Eralp hizo comentarios internos que debían quedar en la más estricta confidencialidad. Sin embargo, el documento con las acotaciones sin borrar fue devuelto a los periodistas.
El contenido de esas notas es dinamita. Cuando Der Spiegel le preguntó por Ibrahim Ibrahim —un propalestino simpatizante de Hamás que celebró la masacre del 7 de octubre—, la respuesta pública iba a ser esquiva. Pero en el margen del documento filtrado, Eralp escribió la verdad: «Hay un PROBLEMA. [...] mi marido no, y yo tampoco, quiero nombrar nombres concretos, él tiene miedo de esta gente y yo también».
La filtración expone la cruda realidad del islamoizquierdismo en Alemania: Eralp llegó a comparar el nivel de amenaza de estos militantes pro-Palestina con el del Crimen Organizado e implora abortar la publicación: «No puedo poner en peligro a mí misma y a mi familia por Der SPIEGEL. ¿Qué hacemos ahora? ¿Anulamos toda la entrevista?».

Here is the Democrat plan to steal the election & the country - Sen Markey lays it out gleefully. When he speaks like this, it means this plan is already in motion. They have prepped the battlespace for a massive show of people on the streets to support their false narrative that Pres Trump is “desperate” & to prevent him from using any levers of power that he has, they are getting ahead of him & accusing him of an “election crime” when they will be the ones committing the crime.
Note how he says they have “lawyers” who have already drafted legal challenges & their plan is to use the show of force on the streets to pressure th Supreme Court justices to capitulate & rule in ther favor. If I was a betting man, I would bet that means they already have enough buy in from some of the justices (but not all) to be able to make that claim. Most notably, they are trying to separate Republicans from Trump, which means from the people of the United States. He offers Republicans a way out - which is really a veiled threat: come with us, abandon Trump & you will be good. That is the message here.
This is what an actual insurrection looks like - a real one. They have no intention of letting Pres Trump finish out his term. This is a plan for a total takeover. And if they didn’t already have some Republicans on board, they would not be making this offer publicly.
So there you have it - this is how they plan to screw the President & the people of this country. And all those eating their own side alive every day are playing right into their hands.

Markey Reveals Color Revolution Plan: Unions & Workers to Shut Down Nation?
Senator Markey must have participated in the organized Ed Holder Election War Game Exercises.
In a interview conducted today, Senator Ed Markey stated that lawyers were already drafting an emergency case to bring before the U.S.
Supreme Court both before and immediately after the election. He added that thousands of lawyers were being prepared for deployment to key polling stations across multiple states.
Markey further said preparations needed to include readiness for a national strike on Election Day, with millions of people taking to the streets to protest what he described as an attempted electoral crime. He specifically called for workers, unions, and businesses to shut down in a manner similar to the response in Minneapolis following the deaths of Alex Freddi and Renee Goode.
Markey argued that the president was growing increasingly desperate because Republican fortunes had slipped, citing repeated visits to Texas to protect an otherwise safe Senate seat and campaigning in historically safe Republican states such as Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa.
The Senator predicted that an anticipated large Democratic victory would prompt some Republicans in the House and Senate to distance themselves from the MAGA agenda rather than become “sacrificial lambs.”
Markey expressed concern that desperation could lead to the deployment of ICE agents or the military, and he said the public mobilization would demonstrate outrage to the Supreme Court if an emergency petition were filed.
This is why voters must choose common sense candidates in this midterm cycle. The modern Jacobins are out for blood, and only a decisive choice at the ballot box can save our republic.

Recently I was talking with a friend about universal geniuses. And something struck me.
Florence, 1480–1510. Same city, same moment: Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Machiavelli, Botticelli, Pico della Mirandola. Raphael right behind them. They walked the same streets.
Europe, 1600–1700. Galileo, Kepler, Descartes, Pascal, Huygens, Newton, Leibniz. In two generations, we got calculus, modern mechanics, probability theory, and the scientific method.
Athens, 470–320 BC. Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, Sophocles, Phidias, Thucydides. One century, one city, and the foundations of Western thought were laid.
Europe, 1890–1930. Poincaré, Hilbert, Einstein, Marie Curie, Tesla, Planck, Bohr, then von Neumann.
Always the same pattern. In every great era, the West had 15 to 20 minds of this caliber alive at the same time. People who could touch everything and push the frontier of several fields at once.
Today we have one. Just one. Elon Musk.
And Elon is an anomaly.

He puts $100M into SpaceX, $70M into Tesla, $10M into SolarCity. Almost everything. On rockets and electric cars, two industries no sane person wanted to touch.
2006–2008. The first three Falcon 1 launches fail. Tesla is burning cash, the financial crisis hits, investors run. He has enough left for one last launch. Just one. He borrows money from friends to pay his rent.
September 28, 2008. The fourth launch reaches orbit.
December 23, 2008. NASA awards SpaceX a $1.6B contract.
December 24, 2008. The Tesla round closes at the last possible hour. A few more days and everything collapses.
That's what a genius is. Not just IQ. The ability to put everything on the table when the entire world tells you it's impossible, and be right.
Now the real question: why do we only have one?
Because a genius needs three things. The freedom to try. The right to get massively rich if it works. The right to fail without being destroyed.
And that's exactly what the collectivist left and the technocrats have torn down across the West for the past 50 years.
They turned success into suspicion. Making a lot of money became a moral failing. Taking risks became irresponsible. Rising above the crowd became an insult to equality.
They stacked up norms, committees, permits, regulations written in Brussels by people who have never built anything in their lives. In Europe, Elon would never have been allowed to blow up three rockets. He'd have been stopped at the first form.
They want to tax capital before it even exists, cap fortunes, redistribute what others created by risking everything.
They replaced excellence with conformity. Our schools produce docile people, not dangerous ones. And a genius, by definition, is someone who disrupts. Their entire system is built to neutralize the people who disrupt.
The result: where we should have 15 to 20 universal geniuses alive at the same time, we have one.
Just one.
And you want to put him in prison.
You summon him before judges, you raid his offices, you insult him morning, noon and night, you dream of breaking up his companies. The man who lands rockets vertically and wants to take humanity to Mars.

History won't remember your names. It remembers Galileo, not the inquisitors who tried to silence him.
