Now that he's been detained in Turkey, you're crawling out of the woodwork like vultures, confusing a man's legal troubles with the death of everything he built.
Let me make something CRYSTAL FUCKING CLEAR.
I STILL SUPPORT RICHARD HEART.
Not because I think he's perfect. Not because I believe he's incapable of making mistakes. And not because I need him to hold my hand, pump my bags, or tell me what to believe.
I support him because my loyalty doesn't evaporate the moment standing beside somebody becomes inconvenient.
Satoshi disappeared. Bitcoin survived.
Richard Heart gets detained, and suddenly every spineless opportunist with a keyboard thinks they've witnessed the collapse of an entire ecosystem?
GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE.
I watched people praise this man's intelligence, celebrate his accomplishments, and benefit from the communities he helped build. Now some of those same people can't distance themselves fast enough.
And for what? Social approval? A few likes? The opportunity to pretend you were never part of something you once defended?
THERE'S A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CHANGING YOUR MIND BECAUSE OF EVIDENCE AND CHANGING YOUR LOYALTY BECAUSE THE CROWD CHANGED DIRECTION.
I'm not declaring Richard innocent. I'm not dismissing legitimate allegations. Let the evidence speak and the legal process run its course.
But I refuse to participate in the public execution of a man's reputation simply because the internet has decided he's guilty before the facts have been settled.
And here's what really pisses me off.
Some of you scream about decentralization, sovereignty, and standing against institutional power until doing so comes with a personal cost.
Then suddenly you're begging for approval from the same establishment you spent years claiming to oppose.
You don't have principles.
You have a fucking popularity subscription.
Mine isn't up for renewal.
If Richard Heart never returns to X, my principles don't change.
If he never writes another line of code, my principles don't change.
If HEX and PulseChain have to stand entirely on their own, then LET THEM STAND.
Because genuine decentralization means the network must be able to survive without its founder.
And genuine loyalty means you don't have to abandon a person to acknowledge that he can be questioned.
I WILL NOT CONFUSE LOYALTY WITH WORSHIP.
I can support Richard Heart without defending every decision he's ever made.
I can respect what he built without pretending the technology is beyond criticism.
And I can stand by him without demanding that anybody else surrender their judgment.
That's called having a fucking backbone.
So celebrate his detention if that's what gets you through the day.
Dance on the grave of a network that's still producing blocks.
Keep mistaking a founder's absence for proof that his work has no value.
But don't expect me to join your little victory parade.
MY SUPPORT FOR RICHARD HEART WAS NEVER CONDITIONAL ON HIS POPULARITY.
My commitment to truth means the evidence still matters.
My commitment to decentralization means the architecture must survive scrutiny.
And my commitment to loyalty means I'm not abandoning someone simply because standing beside him has become unpopular.
I STOOD WITH RICHARD HEART WHEN IT WAS EASY.
I STAND WITH HIM WHEN IT'S HARD.
AND I DON'T NEED THE FUCKING CROWD'S PERMISSION TO DO EITHER.

kinda funny to see how everyone loves preaching decentralization until it's actually put to the test.

A founder can be detained. Prices can get absolutely murdered (again). Sentiment can go to hell.
The chain never stopped producing blocks though. The builders keep building.

I've seen the actual documents. Not speculation, not hearsay. Physical filings showing that @RichardHeartWin had corporate structures established in another jurisdiction well before the events now being discussed in Turkey by @AbakinGurlek.
Those filings appear to have been PROPERLY executed under the laws of that jurisdiction.
I'm deliberately not naming the country. But I will say this: what I have seen fundamentally changes how I view the circumstances surrounding this entire situation.
Richard didn't just wake up one morning and start figuring #Pulsechain things out. There was a corporate plan in place long before most people seem to realize. I think some people might want to take a much closer look at the timeline.

Seriously. If the circumstances are what they appear to be, I wouldn’t be asking nicely. And frankly, if I were him, I’d be demanding that Turkey return the $7.1 million, the watches, and everything else paraded around in those photos.
The more I learn, the more questions I have. And I don't think we're anywhere near the end of this story.

@AbakinGurlek the footage of your team working that reinforced door for over two minutes trying to get to @RichardHeartWin is public. The photo of him already seated, pants off, looking straight at the camera is public. The footage of him walking out in a full suit with two officers is also public.
So, which is it?
He heard the breach, stripped, and posed in the armchair while your team was still outside… then later changed into a suit for the walk?
Or the chair photo was taken after entry, and the suited walk is the actual removal? Either way, the optics are remarkable. A multi-minute forced entry ends with the target already framed half dressed, then somehow suited for the cameras.
That’s either the most cooperative suspect in Turkish enforcement history or the least subtle staging.

The @RichardHeartWin situation is starting to smell wrong to me, and I think it’s fair to ask some serious questions.
Richard may mean different things to different people, and everyone is entitled to their own opinion of him. But the claim that he was on the run from a Red Notice is something I’m having a harder time accepting without questioning the logic behind it. Why would someone with that level of wealth, visibility, and resources voluntarily travel to a country where he could potentially be detained if his intention was simply to evade the authorities?
It doesn’t add up to me.
My current suspicion is that he may have been in Turkey to challenge or resolve the matter because he believes he has evidence to dispute the allegations, rather than running from them.
And @AbakinGurlek, I have to be honest about how this looks from the outside. The way this situation is being presented raises questions for me about whether we’re seeing the full picture or whether there is an element of grandstanding or deflection involved. I’m not claiming to know what is happening behind closed doors, and I’m not presenting my suspicions as facts. But I’m also not going to blindly accept a narrative simply because it comes from an official source. In addition, there has still been no response from @USEmbTurkiye as per the wellness check request.
There’s an old saying: if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, there’s a good chance it’s a duck.
This is starting to feel like Grandstanding.
or Deflection.
Right now, certain aspects of this situation are raising red flags for me. I could be wrong, and if the facts prove me wrong, I will say so publicly and apologize professionally. But until we have clearer answers, I think these are legitimate questions that deserve to be asked. The truth should be able to withstand scrutiny, regardless of who is involved.

Richard Heart was detained in Istanbul on October 14, 2026. Turkish authorities confirmed it was based on an Interpol Red Notice requested by Finland. The allegations relate to tax fraud and assault claims out of Finland nothing has been proven in court.
For context, the U.S. SEC case against him was dismissed in February 2025. There are no U.S. criminal charges. He’s presumed innocent until proven otherwise. EPISODE 35 — THE MANDATORY WELLNESS DAY
After several exhausting weeks, Icy called an emergency staff meeting.
“As HR Manager, I have noticed that morale is low,” he announced. “Therefore, today will be a mandatory wellness day.”
Briah narrowed her eyes.
“What exactly does that involve?”
Icy revealed a schedule:
9:00 AM — Breakfast Therapy
10:00 AM — Mindful Snacking
11:00 AM — Emotional Support Pizza
12:00 PM — Lunch
1:00 PM — Recovery From Lunch
Grumpy slowly lowered his coffee.
“That isn’t wellness. That’s your meal plan.”
“It has been scientifically designed,” Icy replied.
“By whom?” asked Briah.
“Chef H.”
The Intern immediately began recording.
The first activity was meditation. Everyone sat quietly while Magic Tony played peaceful music.
“Clear your mind,” instructed Icy. “Think of absolutely nothing.”
Thirty seconds later, Icy whispered to Gotti:
“Are you thinking about garlic bread too?”
Next came yoga.
Briah maintained perfect balance. Grumpy refused to put down his coffee. Enzo treated every pose like a bodybuilding competition, while Gotti discovered that lying flat on the floor was technically called “resting pose.”
Icy performed one stretch, heard a snack packet open and achieved the fastest sprint ever recorded inside Mafiaverse Headquarters.
The Intern checked her notes.
“You’ve burned twelve calories and consumed approximately nine hundred.”
Icy nodded proudly.
“Excellent. Wellness requires balance.”
By the afternoon, everyone understood the truth.
Icy had not organised a wellness day.
He had created a legally protected opportunity to eat during working hours.
Briah confiscated the remaining snacks.
“As Head of Security, I’m placing these under investigation.”
Icy gasped.
“You wouldn’t.”
Briah opened one packet.
“Security evidence must be carefully examined.”
Grumpy raised his mug.
“Finally, responsible leadership.”
The family spent the rest of the day laughing, relaxing and enjoying one another’s company—although Icy submitted an official HR complaint against Briah for “unauthorised biscuit destruction.”
It was rejected in seven seconds.
Today’s lesson: Sometimes the family doesn’t need another meeting, strategy or mission.
Sometimes everyone simply needs to pause, laugh and recharge together.
Preferably before Icy orders dessert.
