SpaceX and Tesla have prospered in Texas, because we were not constantly operating under an oppressive and extractive state government.
And I need to be close to the factories, so that I can walk the floor in person. That’s why the first major SpaceX factory was in LA and first major Tesla factory was in SF Bay Area.
As California became increasingly difficult, due to extreme taxes and overregulation, we moved our major domestic expansions and HQ to Texas.

SpaceX has officially announced that it is currently targeting November 13th at 5:45 PM ET for Starship's 15th flight.
Flight info:
"This flight is planned to be the first to return both Starship and Super Heavy to the launch site for catch. If successful, this will mark the first full recovery of an orbital launch system and a breakthrough moment in making Starship a reliable, rapidly reusable rocket."
• Flight will last more than 22 hours, completing approximately 14 orbits around Earth.
• Starship will orbit at an altitude of approximately 275 km (171 miles).
• First attempt to recover both Super Heavy and Starship at the launch site during the same mission.
• First return-to-launch-site and catch attempt for a Super Heavy V3 booster.
• Super Heavy will execute launch, ascent, stage separation, boostback burn, and return to Starbase for a tower catch.
• Starship will deploy 26 Starlink V3 satellites into orbit before attempting its first return to Starbase and tower catch.
• The 26 satellites will provide capacity equivalent to approximately 10 Falcon 9 launches carrying Starlink V2 Mini satellites.
• Satellites will deploy antennas and solar arrays, establish radio and laser communications, and raise their orbits using onboard thrusters.
• Satellites could begin serving customers within weeks of launch following successful on-orbit checkouts.
• Three Starlink V3 satellites will carry cameras to inspect Starship's heatshield and transmit imagery to ground operators.
• Starship's heatshield will feature improved tile retention, additional protection against plasma intrusion, and expanded use of curved tiles to reduce heating between tiles.
• Starship will only attempt its return and catch if critical reentry, landing burn, and tower approach systems are confirmed healthy.
• Multiple predetermined ocean deorbit locations and a passively safe suborbital trajectory provide contingency options.
• A successful mission would mark the first complete recovery of an orbital launch system, a major milestone toward rapid reusability.

🔔 Update: I’m in the middle of interviews with multiple current and former Microsoft employees.
A few themes keep coming up:
• Allegations of L-1 visa misuse
• Employees who say they were allegedly retaliated against or treated differently after raising concerns about visa practices or national security
• Allegations and concerns of foreign nationals with access to government cloud environments
• The alleged scrubbing of Scott Guthrie internal videos in which he discussed Microsoft’s approach to visas, hiring, and supporting visa holders (Employees are speculating it’s in response to my previous reporting.)
I’ll be publishing more specifics over the next few days.

We have stuck together since the late 1950s for the sake of the kids, but the whole of this latest election process has made me realize that I want a divorce. I know we tolerated each other for many years for the sake of future generations, but sadly, this relationship has clearly run its course.
Our two ideological sides of America cannot and will not ever agree on what is right for us all, so let's just end it on friendly terms. We can smile and chalk it up to irreconcilable differences and go our own way.
Here is our separation agreement:
Our two groups can equitably divide up the country by land mass, each taking a similar portion. That will be the difficult part, but I am sure our two sides can come to a friendly agreement. After that, it should be relatively easy! Our respective representatives can effortlessly divide other assets, since both sides have such distinct and disparate tastes.

--You are welcome to the liberal judges and the ACLU.
--Since you hate guns and war, we'll take our firearms, the cops, the NRA, and the military.

🚨 President Trump is putting Democrats on notice.
He’s accusing Democrats of political extortion, intimidation, and weaponized lawfare, including threats of impeachment against the Attorney General, threats against Republican donors, and attempts to target young people simply for believing in Republican values.

SpaceX contracts with the government are BOTH the best product AND the lowest price! Moreover government revenue will be less than 10% of SpaceX revenue this quarter and less then 5% a year from now.

Please help me honor Spokane County SWAT Deputies Parker Perry and Mason Acheson, who were killed in in the line of duty this week.
On the afternoon of November 3, 2026, near Spangle, Washington, a woman arrived at a neighbor’s home with a gunshot wound and reported that her brother had shot her.
Deputies quickly learned that 37-year-old Ryan Larsen had already killed his mother and his sister before barricading himself inside the residence with an active warrant and access to weapons.
As SWAT team members, including Deputy Perry (a K9 handler with his partner Brego) and Deputy Acheson (a SWAT sniper and former state trooper), moved in to rescue possible remaining victims and force entry, Larsen opened fire from inside, critically wounding both deputies in the ambush. Fellow officers returned fire, extracted the wounded men, and later found Larsen dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Acheson, 35, died early the next morning; Perry, 29, remained on life support until his family made the selfless choice to donate his organs.
Both men, fathers and Washington Army National Guard veterans, gave their lives trying to protect others and leave behind young children. Perry’s wife is expecting their third.
Their courage in the face of sudden, deadly violence will not be forgotten.
