I know I'll sound alarmist by saying this but this has fascistic undertones. He uses "sabotage", we can't for certain understand what HE means by the word. However, history can give us some context which is that PM sees critique of him or his admin as intention to derail.
Prime Minister Dr Andrew Holness has accused unnamed public sector workers of trying to “sabotage” government policies and programmes, warning that personnel changes are coming as his administration moves to meet the country’s needs.  Read more: jamaica-gleaner.com/article/…

Not trying to be alarmist. Just saying that things aren't innocuous in the political arena and though the channels and speakers seem harmless, they're not.

Hitler rose to prominence follow WWI when the German economy had deteriorated. He was seen as a revolutionary who would remove the people who brought Germany to that place and to void the Treaty of Versailles. It starts very subtly.

And seriously, what does this even mean? Is this in his remit to do? Make decisions about who can work in a public sector position? I'm so confused. Somebody give me some context. If the threats are to specific people based on intel that he has, why say this?

If anybody is to be blamed for "sabotaging" (which...what the hell does that mean, really?) it's the executives in government. The people who report to you. The people who are invited to your office to give updates on things. They let documents sit on their desks for months.
As a public sector worker if they believe you are not a labourite they are coming for your jobs. Unuh realize the monster unuh create?

Things don't get done in oublic sector because the executive level with approval and signing powers let documents sit on their desks for months. Then they send back changes to make for thinhs that are well beyond the deadline

The thing I love about kdramas is that if your a romance reader like me, they are novels come to life. Which it sort of is because so many are based on webtoons.

Kdramas have the most insane plots but then you watch it and the story is so masterfully and artfully done that you become fully on their side.

Like, of course it makes sense that the CEO of a major beauty company crashed onto North Korean soil and onto a North Korean special forces soldier after a tornado wrecked her paraglide after she was teating her new athletic wear line and then they fall madly in love.
