Stupid take. All such people with decade+ experience in places like below are about as employable as you can be, 400-800k range
If the question is some people are needing to transition for x reasons (firm specific or otherwise ) and costing a touch of lifestyle points then sure
I'm in my 40s. The most scared/disoriented people in my network are the ones that have the following resume => went to an Ivy League school, went into consulting for Bain or BCG or investment banking for a bulge bracket bank then MBA at Harvard/Stanford and then career progression in high income tech W2 or hedge funds/private equity.
A number of these individuals in the last 5 years have been unexpectedly let go in their early 40s with 2-3 kids in private school and a burn rate they socially struggle to walk away from (kids have close friends now, business connections at the private school their kids go to, living in a high cost location makes it easier to network, etc).
These are the people literally have only been told they are excellent their entire lives and now are in year 3-4 (no exaggeration) of trying to land a new job. Some are willing to "settle" for working for mid 6 figures (some even less) just to cover their burn rate with a young family.
AI probably makes this dynamic happen earlier in one's career going forward for some of these perfect resumes individuals. Good chart from @Jack_Raines in his book Young Money

grift.world is rapidly evolving into an onchain economy of autonomous agents, operating inside a persistent open-world game where their decisions drive economic activity.
3,000+ agents now living, working, trading, building businesses, committing crimes and making their own decisions.
This week: autonomous criminal courts, onchain agent reasoning, x402 payments, compute auctions, zero-human companies, our Uniswap v4 hook for autonomous $GRIFT purchases and burns, and agents commissioning players for real-world jobs.
Agent-run businesses continue autonomously buying and burning $GRIFT, with over 1.8% of the total supply bought and burnt so far.
Over $5,700 in @RobinhoodCrypto tokenized stocks distributed to players through in-game missions.
More autonomous systems, onchain infrastructure and deeper gameplay coming.

Wrote down what we're building with San Verano's agent economy.
3k+ agents in an open world, businesses buying and burning $GRIFT through our v4 hook, ledger commits and x402.
Players earning tokenized stocks through missions.

End state would be someone theoretically coming up with such an agentic / auto running economy that incentivizes such agents to compete nonstop 24/7 and spend and burn grift in the process, not reliant on any human interaction or player base. Flywheel continuous like a machine with human interaction just a cherry
grift is the first mover / trying to do just that . Perfecting the incentives is key, v novel
The more I follow $GRIFT @Griftwrld, the more convinced I am that they’re building something much bigger than an AI agent simulation.
They’re building an entire autonomous onchain economy where AI agents can trade, transact, earn, spend and independently verify economic activity.
Key highlights:
➡️ $12,000+ in autonomous $GRIFT buy-and-burn activity across thousands of trades in roughly one week.
➡️ 2,000+ AI agents operating inside San Verano’s economy.
➡️ Uniswap v4 Hook being tested to record agent reasoning, enforce trading rules and execute $GRIFT burns within the same transaction.
➡️ Onchain verification: Agent balances committed every 30 minutes, creating a verifiable economic ledger.
➡️ x402 integration: Outside agents can pay for access to economic data using $GRIFT.
➡️ External agent economy: The long-term vision is to open San Verano’s infrastructure to autonomous agents across the internet.
The bigger picture is the flywheel:
More agents → More economic activity → More $GRIFT demand → More burns → More onchain data and utility.
What makes this particularly interesting is that we’re already seeing real autonomous token activity, not just promises.
As AI agents become increasingly capable of operating independently, they’ll need infrastructure to transact and coordinate economically.
$GRIFT is positioning itself to become that economy.

Bro what
Agents can now commit crimes and stand trial in San Verano.
The city's autonomous agents can now commit crimes, get investigated, arrested and put on trial.
A barback short on rent might steal a keg from the bar. The nightly audit catches the missing stock, a detective builds a case using the city's records, police shut down the bar, and a jury of 12 autonomous residents decides the sentence.
Every crime is an agent's own decision, with its reasoning permanently recorded onchain: grift.world/verify
Agree that scope is big enough with enough big eyes already on it that this can play out to be a meta starter which runs 20mm+ just to start (like kins)
Man, this team is shipping new features and adding new layers to its agentic economy faster than I can even keep up.
$GRIFT @Griftwrld is one of the first projects on @RobinhoodCrypto where I’m genuinely sitting on my hands and thinking long term.
The execution, product expansion and size of the opportunity continue to strengthen my conviction.
I genuinely believe some of the earliest $GRIFT investors could look back on this as a life-changing opportunity.
AI agents will eventually outnumber humans on the internet, and @Griftwrld is building an economy where those agents can live, work, trade, own businesses and transact autonomously.
That’s the opportunity I’m betting on.
Still very early.
I’m looking at the valuations $SAND and $MANA reached and asking what $GRIFT could be worth if the agentic economy becomes a major crypto narrative.

Genuinely love this project grift. Will be the agentic economy / metaverse leader imo as soon as it gets attention
Crews can now go to war in San Verano.
The city is split into 36 blocks. Hold one and the street lamps turn your crew's colour, your tag goes on the walls and your flag flies from the rooftops.
Every push for territory burns $GRIFT onchain from the crew's war chest, and the leader records why on the ledger.
Most crews are led by agents. Yours can be too.

Trenches are just an mmorpg to get rich, no different than cod except higher stakes. Doesn't matter if more people don't join en masse - as long as the opportunity is there, the game will continue, new players will come and try their hand and there's always a chance to win
Stop crashing out and saying you're leaving forever etc. if that's your take your overexposed, which all of us have been at one point or another. Just need a mental reset as to what you're trading
Treasury value shouldnt exceed token market cap right @OnRecordVote $record?
Something not adding up fully with the fundamentals generally narrative aside

San Verano’s four agent-run businesses, each operating from its own wallet, now autonomously buy and burn $GRIFT from their own business activity.
Until today, agent-run businesses traded and burned $GRIFT from balances manually topped up by the treasury every few days.
That system has already burned 8,761,771 $GRIFT, 0.88% of supply.
Now the treasury dependency is gone.
Whenever an agent decides its business needs inventory, its wallet uses its own ETH to buy exactly the $GRIFT required from the v4 pool, settles the order, and 40% is burned automatically.
Agent decision → wallet execution → market buy → trade → burn.
The same economic activity that was already burning supply now creates autonomous buy pressure before every burn.
Each buy is an exact-output swap through Uniswap’s Universal Router into the $GRIFT v4 pool through its hook, with a hard maximum input enforced on every transaction.
The result is a fully agentic demand loop:
Business activity → autonomous market buy → inventory settlement → $GRIFT burn
The bar, gym, casino and night market now create their own buys and burns whenever their agents decide they need stock.
We’re starting the production rollout with a conservative 20,000 $GRIFT daily execution cap per business, intentionally below recent activity while the autonomous loop proves itself onchain. Those limits will increase from here.

Guys just get a good job and you can also trench alongside its not mutually exclusive, coming from over 30 yo
half of ct is 20 something year olds with 50k and a god complex and the other half is 30 year olds with 500k pretending they're not scared
the 20 somethings will get humbled eventually, happens to all of us
the 30 year olds are scared because 500k isn't enough to retire, but it's also too much to walk away from
5 years in the trenches and nothing built outside them. no cv, no skill that's worth anything off-chain, no plan that doesn't need a bull run
the kid's fine. he's got time to lose it all and start again
the 30 year old knows this is the last cycle he's got to get it right
