❌ 一発アウト
・言われたことをメモして満足する
→理解した気になって終わる。改善行動がない。
・レッスンを評価される場だと思っている
→本質は練習の場なのに、常に受け身になる。
・他人の演技を見ても「すごい」で終わる
→分析しない＝伸びる材料を捨てている状態。
🔺 ちょっと残念
・毎回ちゃんと参加はしているが、成長の軌跡がない
→努力はしているが、修正の方向が固定されていない。
・指摘されたことをその場では直すが、次に活かせない
→点の改善で終わっていて、線になっていない。
・声の出し方は良くなっているが、芝居の目的が弱い
→技術寄りで、なぜその芝居なのかが薄い。

I'm gonna be so real. Getting onto rosters and everything is so exciting, it's a big deal as you grow in your VO career.
But a roster or an agent isn't going to make you into the actor you need to be just because you're getting new auditions. Only the authentic experiences put into your performances, vulnerability, kindness, and the effort you put in to continually learn and grow will get you where you want to go.
