Some of the most meaningful work as an AT happens far beyond the sidelines. As I prepare to leave industrial athletic training, I’m grateful for the perspective it gave me on life, healthcare, and what it means to serve others. The most fulfilling part? Serving la Raza. 🦾⛑️✊🏽

Fighters push through pain, but it’s important to understand the difference between sore, hurt, & injured. ATs can help guide through that process; providing evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, & a safe path back to competition. #NATM #DeeperThanCuts #CombatSportsMedicine
