Glycine is the most underrated nervous system healer on the planet.
I took 10g a day for 2 weeks and tested before and after:
> Allopregnanolone, your brain’s calming neurosteroid more than doubled (9.2 → 22)
> Waking cortisol dropped more than 3x (37 → 12)
> Sleep: deeper, less restless
> Calm and focused, zero sedation
It works on 3 angles at once. Glycine receptors, NMDA receptors in your brain’s clock, and GABA through allopregnanolone.
The cheapest amino acid on earth.

Thought I saw a 20 year old say this album sucks earlier but that's alright. They'll grow into it.

For those of you who have a pathological need to engage in small talk, what is your thought process?
Do you get anxious if there's silence, or feel like the other person is upset with you?

The funniest part about all this AI stuff is Ray Kurzweil told us this was all gonna happen 20 years ago.
