Today, the Reserve Bank has raised interest rates again. Labor is trying to blame global events. However, the facts tell a different story.

A $170bn black hole discovered in Labor’s federal budget has sparked serious concern government spending and costs are blowing out by more than previously thought, fuelling inflation and likely triggering the fifth rate hike of the year at Tuesday’s Reserve Bank meeting. As the Commonwealth Bank downgraded its economic growth forecasts on Monday, NSW Premier Chris Minns broke ranks with federal counterparts and urged all political parties against increasing inflationary pressure through big-spending election promises. His warning that “everybody has got a responsibility to tighten their belt and reduce demand in the economy” was echoed by economists, who cautioned current expenditure levels were “repeatedly surprising to the upside” and heaping pressure on the RBA to increase household and business borrowing costs to the highest level in 18 years. As Jim Chalmers and Anthony Albanese come under increasing pressure to make significant net savings in the next mid year update, Coalition analysis, verified by economists, shows that the budget bottom line over the medium term is far worse off than it would be if the government had banked all of the new savings and extra revenue announced since MYEFO. These include the $150bn National Disability Insurance Scheme saving and $77bn in new tax revenue, as well as other smaller measures. Between the federal government’s mid-year budget update in December last year and this year’s May budget, a total of $350bn in savings have been earmarked over the medium term. However, despite those savings, the improvement in the budget bottom line over the medium term is only expected to be $180bn, leaving a missing $170bn in spending and costs over the medium term without any reference to what they are. “The savings were mostly eaten up. But we don’t know what ate them – frustratingly, it was a mystery money monster,” Mr Richardson said. “At $170bn, why weren’t we told! Two things stand out: that existing policies keep costing more than budgeted, and that Australians aren’t being informed about that. Both of those things worry me.” Mr Richardson said his best guess at how the $170bn black hole had formed was through “existing policies simply ended up costing more”.

Meet Benjamin Jones aka “Lisa Jones” or “Willow”. Benjamin, an Australian man, was convinced in Germany of sexually abusing a 6 year old girl and imprisoned there for 6 years. He was then deported to Australia. He was placed on the AU child sex offender registry. When he returned to Australia, he started claiming to be a woman (in 2018) and started taking hormones. In 2021, he attacked a woman in a Melbourne alleyway, in broad daylight. The attack was so brazen, it made national news, but his gender identity was never mentioned by media. He was convinced and sentenced to prison. In court, he used “she/her” pronouns. He was placed in Victoria’s Dame Phylis Frost Correctional Center, a woman’s prison. Terrified of him, the women inmates managed to get this information to outside the prison gates. In 2022, Australian women including Women’s Forum Australia, Stassja Frei & myself, contacted Victorian politicians, the Victorian Equal Opportunity & Human Rights Commission and the AHRC about Jones being in a women’s Prison. One of the letters is linked below. While the politicians ignored it, the response from the VEOHRC said amongst other deflections, “The Commission considers that Corrections Victoria’s policy for the management of prisoners who are trans, gender diverse or intersex provides a framework for prisoner placement decisions that is grounded in human rights principles.” He stayed in the women’s prison. By 2024, he was back on Australian streets. Sydney, specially. He stalked, threatened and attempted the rape a woman. Currently in a *men’s* prison, he is eligible for parole in 3 weeks. We all know what will happen next. Benjamin Jones showcases exactly why “gender identity” does not work in society. Why all laws on the basis of gender identity should be abolished. A predatory, repeat attempted rapist, used “gender identity” to be placed in a woman’s prison. He was either ignored or defended by the government and institutions. When he is released, under current Australian law, he can enter any woman only space he wants. There is only one question left: Is this 👇 a woman? @AlboMP @ChrisMinnsMP @BenCarrollMP @JessWilsonMP @WarrenPHON_VIC @VEOHRC @AusHumanRights nitter.gq/salltweets/status/1590…

One of my followers sent me this pic - a guy in Brisbane dressed as dead Charlie Kirk for Halloween. Literally demonic. Leftists do this to express support for political violence against conservatives. It’s a call for more killings of right wingers.

Sharri Markson just called it straight: Anthony Albanese has no one left to blame. News24 host Sharri Markson tore into the Albanese government over the looming rate hike. Australia is staring down its fifth rate rise this year on Tuesday, Melbourne Cup Day, which would make it the 17th under Labor. That piles tens of thousands of dollars a year onto the average household mortgage and hits hardworking families in the hip pocket. She pointed out that inflation was way too high even before the Iran war. RBA Governor Michelle Bullock has repeatedly said inflation was already too high beforehand. Domestic pressures, government spending and weak productivity, are the real drivers. Out of all advanced economies, Australia is the only one with four rate rises already this year, Iceland is the next closest with three. The hypocrisy is brutal. Albanese once blamed Scott Morrison for a single rate rise under his watch and declared a cost of living crisis. Now, with 17 rises on his own record, Markson said Albo has no one to blame except his own Treasurer, Jim Chalmers. Hardworking Aussies are paying the price for Labor’s spending addiction while the government tries to shift the blame to anyone but the main man in charge of the policies which is driving the inflation. Anthony Albanese himself.

This arrogant disgraced PM, the proven liar, Anthony Albanese. He rammed through the Digital Duty of care bill in the lower house yesterday. Needs the Senate to pass it now, and then it will be law. You will be monitored via government enabled Bots. Your entire online footprint will be used. Post you've made years ago, if they are deemed illegal after this bill passes, they will be knocking on your door, the AFP. Like the UK. You'll have social media police kicking your door down for hurty words.

Unsurprisingly, the ABC has decided to censor this story. The ABC don’t want the Australian public to know that Albanese has likely tried to bribe a Member of Parliament - which would be a criminal offence. The ABC are running a protection racket to cover up for Albanese. The ABC deceive Australia, not just by the stories they broadcast - it’s also by what they hide. It’s time to defund the ABC.
Last night, David Farley MP brought the following matters to the attention of the leadership of One Nation. Over the past few weeks, the Prime Minister has met with David privately. The Prime Minister initiated these meetings. This week, David received a letter from the Prime Minister stating that he had allocated David a personal staff position outside of One Nation’s unresolved staffing request. David did not request this allocation of staff. No reason was provided by the Prime Minister for the provision of this staff. Following these discussions, senior ministers raised grant funding under the Sustainable Communities Program for the Murray Darling Basin. David did not initiate the discussion regarding this program. Taken together, these actions have left David and One Nation deeply concerned that the government is seeking to use taxpayer funds to exert undue political influence over politicians. We have decided to expose these grubby dealings because the public deserves to know what the Albanese Labor government is doing behind closed doors. For months, One Nation has been fighting for fair, transparent and objective allocation of staffing for parliamentarians. The Prime Minister has refused to respond to these calls. Yet astonishingly, this week the Prime Minister provided a letter to David directly granting a Personal Adviser 3 position, paid up to $200,000, effective immediately. David has rejected this unsolicited allocation. Last month, One Nation Senator Pauline Hanson stood alongside the Member for Fowler, Dai Le MP and Senator for Western Australia, Fatima Payman to demand consistent, transparent and independently determined staffing allocations. They stood together despite their political differences because this matters to our democracy. The Prime Minister should not personally control the resources available to his political opponents. While this power has always been open to abuse, it has, in our view, been weaponised to an unprecedented extent under this Labor Government and this Prime Minister. One Nation introduced our Safe Staffing Guarantee Bill to stop this abuse of power. Labor, the Coalition and the Greens all united to block the Bill. This is the type of politics that Australians are sick of. The Prime Minister is trying to drag One Nation down to his level of grubby politics. One Nation will have no part of it. The second issue that needs to be brought into the open is the way in which the Albanese Labor government appears to be using public grant money to achieve their political objectives and paper over policy failures. The government has directly raised the prospect of grants available to the Murray Darling Basin under the Sustainable Communities Program as compensation for water buybacks. David and One Nation will always fight for Farrer’s fair share of public resources, but we will never allow grant funding to buy cooperation or silence on the issue of water advocacy, implicit or otherwise. We know the number one thing Farrer and other basin communities need is water. One Nation does not accept that devastating water buybacks are a foregone conclusion. A future One Nation government will end water buybacks. This government’s actions are the type of broken politics that undermines the confidence Australians have in our democracy. It’s what Professor Anne Twomey has described as ‘grey corruption’. One Nation will always stand up for the interests of all Australians. We won’t be bought or divided by this Prime Minister. ENDS

Bernadette McGowan on Facebook .. By constitutional convention, a government minister caught deliberately misleading the house is expected to resign from the executive. Meaning #Albanese shouldn’t be in a job. I expect you @AlboMP to front the cameras and resign tonight. You are in clear breach. You need to go.

Anthony Albanese and Michelle Rowland continue to defend a website that taxpayers funded that tells peadophiles that and I quote: The website directly states that "compassion and self-acceptance can also be very helpful". It goes on to comfort users by stating, "Having a sexual interest in children can feel lonely and you may feel society doesn't understand your situation." The self-help modules advise potential offenders to "go for a brisk walk", "journal your thoughts", and "try to avoid sexual fantasies about children when masturbating" The site compares efforts to change or suppress a sexual attraction to children to historical, discredited attempts to change homosexual attraction (gay conversion therapy). Albanese used $9.6 million to fund this sickening website.

Anthony Albanese has misled the parliament over his defence of a $6m grant to his local golf club, and there will not be any formal repercussions. #The Prime Minister will get off scot-free without the traditional penalties associated with misleading the parliament - including resignation, public apology and embarrassment - being applied. But, Albanese faces greater and graver political repercussions as the image of him misleading, deflecting and dissembling over *facts and *truth is etched ever deeper into the public consciousness. He has faced months of questions about the $6.05m taxpayer-funded, “invitation-only” grant he received for the Marrickville Golf Club, including whether he had a conflict of interest and whether the total $560m scheme was skewed to Labor electorates. Labor’s response was to deny any conflict-of-interest, claim that the money was to fund urgent sewerage works to stop raw sewage going into the Cooks River, and even issue a “dirt file” on Indi independent #HelenHaines who queried the grants .. Albanese personally and repeatedly told parliament there was no conflict of interest because he didn’t know about his undeclared honorary membership. He attacked other MPs for making similar election promises and justified the grant because it was for sewerage works. Last month Albanese told parliament the grant for the “inner-West council-owned Marrickville Golf Club” was “to fix the sewerage because it goes into the river and causes a problem when it floods”. He supported the grant as part of the campaign to clean up the Cooks River, “an absolutely vital and precious piece of the inner west of Sydney”. “I don’t use the (golf club) facilities, and I don’t do anything whatsoever for it,” he told parliament. “But the Inner West Council wants to fix the Cooks River. At the moment, raw sewage flows when there is flooding on the flood-plain, which is where the golf course is.” Labor MPs criticised opposition and independent MPs for seeking similar grants in their electorates and the Prime Minister’s office targeted Haines, before her horrific attack, and after the attack said it wasn’t a dirt file just a demonstration of her integrity and work as a local member. Then, in Senate estimates on Monday night, the sewage hit the fan. Infrastructure Department officials revealed the $6m federal grant was not for sewerage works, which the NSW government has paid $269,000 to fix. The simple official declaration was: “The sewerage works are not in the scope of this grant.” Once again Albanese was faced with going into parliament with a clear contradiction to what he had said previously in question time. Again, he had a choice of reasonably making a clarification about the work – which did include stormwater – and which hadn’t been finished. Of course, this meant admitting he had made a mistake and had inadvertently misled the parliament, and apologising. But, like so many times before, Albanese’s stubborn streak and political antagonism prevented him from acting in a way that limited damage. He dug an even bigger hole and gave the opposition another win. Opposition business manager, Dan Tehan couldn’t believe his luck. Albanese played straight into the Coalition’s trap of demonstrating a pattern of the Prime Minister denying facts, dissembling and avoiding the truth. Ultimately Albanese, while still having pot shots at individual MPs for making election promises, had to reluctantly admit it was “not correct” to say what he said about the grant and the sewerage works. “I have said it was not correct. It was not correct. The state government had moved in and are funding the project,” he said. #But no straight-talking declaration that “I was wrong”, “I’m sorry” and “let’s move on”.
