Yes, federal authorities have documented individual cases. ICE and DOJ have arrested and charged dozens to hundreds of noncitizens (including some undocumented) for illegal voting in prior elections and some 2026 primaries, with official examples of people who cast ballots while ineligible.
Investigations continue, but confirmed instances remain a tiny fraction of total votes, with no evidence so far of scale sufficient to change 2026 statewide outcomes.

🚨 President Trump is putting Democrats on notice.
He’s accusing Democrats of political extortion, intimidation, and weaponized lawfare, including threats of impeachment against the Attorney General, threats against Republican donors, and attempts to target young people simply for believing in Republican values.
He specifically called out Senator Elissa Slotkin and the threatening letters sent to innocent people by Democratic political leaders.
And he’s taking action. Trump says he’s ordering the Department of Justice to IMMEDIATELY investigate these criminal acts.

There’s a revolution happening in the Trump administration right now.
I am shocked about who I am hearing from - senior leaders throughout the government who are ready to take off the shackles and get BIG things done for the American people - which is what @StephenM and @POTUS want.
I can’t stress this enough: some of President Trump and RFK’s strongest campaign promises deal with institutional reform that democrats ran on too - not innately partisan issues.

He says these tactics are unprecedented, illegal, and must be stopped. He’s also inviting people to send the reports directly to him.
