While Kaduna people cannot sleep without fear, while bandits keep hitting estates around the state capital, Uba Sani’s biggest public statement is that he is ready to suffer for Tinubu’s second term. No apology. Full loyalty. The same governor who has watched this insecurity continue under his watch is busy positioning himself as Tinubu’s loyal soldier ahead of 2027. He can keep talking about projects and how the North will reward the president. Those words do not stop the gunshots. They do not bring back the people who were taken last night. They do not make families in Millennium City feel safe in their own houses. This is not about politics for the sake of politics. This is about a governor whose priority is clear, protect his relationship with Abuja while ordinary people in Kaduna continue to live under threat. He inherited problems, but he has had enough time. The attacks have not stopped. The fear has not stopped. And instead of focusing everything on ending it, he is publicly offering to take political bullets for someone else. It is enough. Nothing will stop good people of kaduna from voting Uba Sani out of power in 2027. Not his loyalty to Tinubu. Not his interviews. Not whatever he claims he has done.
