HILARIOUS. Even the journalists can’t believe the charges.
James O’Keefe charged with “unlawful voting”.
They “began to apply for a ballot” according to @HennepinAtty
They had the “intent” to apply for the ballot? 😂
Can the Hennepin attorney please flesh out that thought crime a little more?

Grow up? Lol. The whole point of marriage is to provide the foundation for building a family. An implied material element of that is children. If a woman is going to sterilize herself when the implied or express promise is children, and not disclose that, is that not fraud?

I mapped out and quantified UN Women's propaganda strategy in this post at The Nuzzo Letter in 2025. In 2026, UN Women has continued to use the same techniques it used in 2025. UN Women is an international nuisance and should be defunded for its unethical behavior.

He could have said "The real slim shady", and that is self evidently showing your position is absurd. No person in normal conversation introduces themselves in American English with a definite article except as a gimmick, or the identity doubt rebuttal like they have in movies.
But did they do that? They said "'the name is' rather than 'my name is.'" as reported fox9.com/news/conservative-i…
If an official all on their own failed to follow procedure to verify the identity of the person, isn't that a problem the official is responsible for?
What does "applying" mean though? If any person so much as tries to investigate deficiencies in the governmental process risk a felony, then will investigations be done at all?
Was he casting a ballot? By your logic, showing up at the building would have been necessary. Approaching the desk. Breathing.

I just want to remind everyone that the system was put in place by feminists and the process is controlled by them.
The explosive lawsuit brought by Jane Doe against Cornell University has sparked vocal protests on campus and visceral backlash online.
INSTADOCS: JANE DOE v. CORNELL examines the often-flawed systems that investigate student sexual assault claims — including campus police and Title IX, the process for reporting sexual misconduct at most U.S. universities. Premieres October 29.

Feminists think men are the problem, but the data tells a different story. In states without shared custody, fathers are being systematically erased from their children's lives. Why is the truth being silenced? #FamilyLaw #FathersRights

What do you think "and" means? My understanding is "and" in law is primarily conjunctive except for when it would create a constitutional conflict or absurdity.

and does your argument apply to women? What is to stop them from simply going to the donor clinic or hooking up with some random man, all for the same outcome? Nearly all sex abuses by officials at JV is done by female prison guards.

Millennial women use weapons to rape(FBI definition) two to three times as often as millennial men or previous generations.

While men's attitudes have improved, women have become more biased against male victims of female rapists since the 80s. The 2019 female cohort was more likely to attribute victim encouragement (26.9% compared with 4.3% in 1984) and pleasure to the male victim (25% in 2019 compared with 5% in 1984).

9% of college women confess to using a weapon to rape(FBI definition.) 30% confess to having sex with minors. 60% confess to using drugs and alcohol to 'rape'(feminist definition.)

Also recent results on sexual exploitation in juvenile correctional facilities finds extremely high rates of female on male abuse.
"In most-serious incidents of staff sexual misconduct, an estimated 91% of incidents involved only female staff, while 6% involved only male staff."
Of incidents using force or coercion 81% of the perpetrators were female staff.

This repeats earlier findings[thank you to the feminist who found this update while attempting to discredit my work]:
“Approximately 95% of all youth reporting staff sexual misconduct said they had been victimized by female staff. In 2008, 42% of staff in state juvenile facilities were female.”
From “Sexual Victimization in Juvenile Facilities Reported by Youth, 2008–09″
bjs.ojp.gov/library/publicat…
“Most victims of staff sexual misconduct were males; most perpetrators were females. Among male victims of staff sexual misconduct, 69% of those in prison and 64% of those in jails reported sexual activity with female staff. An additional 16% of prison inmates and 18% of jail inmates reported sexual activity with both female and male staff.”
