Roger Steele on day 2. "I'm not losing to Grant." He did in fact lose to Grant... Twice!

Probably someone who also doesn't understand Per Capita
Younger Americans had more average household wealth at age 34 than Boomers did at the same age.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The chart shows average (mean) wealth of households headed by each generation at ~age 34, skewed by wealthy outliers. Median wealth at similar ages was comparable across generations per SCF data; fewer young adults heading households biases recent figures upward for them. stlouisfed.org/open-vault/202… stlouisfed.org/on-the-economy… youngamericans.berkeley.edu/2024/05/scf-co…

This is why I'm not knocking him for saying he shouldn't play the playoff. But Ruffels made the right call and and the team did a great job lifting him up.
Watch Grant Horvat’s hand during this putt… The Internet Invitational is NERVE RACKING

I don't think that Grant was a wimp for not wanting the ball on the final hole and kudos for him for stepping up. A captain/coach wants to know if his players are ready for the moment. Grant accurately said he wasn't ready for the moment (look at his hands shaking on his final putt of his match). Good coaches know when to tell the player to get back out there and they believe in them. You want to hear your player's concerns about their own ability. Better job by Ruffels and the white team putting Grant into a good headspace.

Internet Invitational is a great watch so far. But I'm so glad SGK is out.

I need to play golf more. I think 4 days a week would be perfect.

I’m around a 5 right now, my friend is around a 22. If he plays a 2 man scramble vs me from the same tees, how close will the 9 hole score be?

I am just wondering where are all the lawsuits, because these things have been illegal the whole time.

Played Bear Trace at Harrison Bay yesterday. Wonderful track. The greens rolled perfectly and it was so nice. My putter obliged with no 3 putts. I couldn't get off the tee properly though and ended up in the trees and rough an awful lot. Funny enough I didn't lose a ball.

I'm pretty sure I'm swinging too hard recently.

Weekend golf is packed where I live. Weekday golf is also packed not because the players are necessarily rich but because they have time to play during the week. What I'd love since I don't have a home club, is a slightly pricier option that isn't slammed every weekend.

Reading Extraordinary Golf per @drakesmith__ recommendation. I'm a little confused by the blindspot section mostly because I've personally found that when I'm hitting it my best, I effectively black out and let my body work. Is that the Blindspot he's referring to?

30 handicap because they took a picture instead of looking at it and moving on.

Every time I go talk to my golf coach, I fix something so minor but feels like it takes ages to implement. Today he showed me I was taking my club away too far outside the line. I feel so retarded not having realized that was causing my issues before cause I’ve been consciously doing that for years. Now I have to unlearn it! I need some sort of shock collar to buzz me when I take away incorrectly
