I'm proud to share my new demoreel , I'll be presenting at @sidefx houdini HiveAlt on September 10, showing how I'm using AI inside of houdini not instead of it and the power of frontier models through MCP. A lot of render here were made on @rendernetwork

1/ We have been quiet for a year. Not because we had nothing to say, but because we were busy building something big. For over two years we have been working on a completely new generation of World Creator, plus a few other products. Today is about World Creator. Thread.

To every American, and to everyone watching France burn from abroad: Do not blame the French people for this. We never asked for it. We never voted for it. And the one time we were clearly asked, we said no. Here are the numbers your media won't show you. 70% of the French say there are too many immigrants in France today. 79% want a tougher immigration policy. 77% disapprove of the government's record on immigration. 83% want foreign criminals and long-term unemployed foreigners sent home. And no, it's not just the old. 69% of French 18 to 24 year olds support suspending legal immigration for three years. This is not a fringe. This is the French people. In 2005, we were asked if we wanted the European Constitution. 55% voted no. Three years later, our politicians passed the same text under another name, through parliament, without ever asking us again. That is modern France in one sentence. The people say no. The elites do it anyway. So who is responsible? The politicians who lied to us. A class of leaders formed in the same schools, the same forums, the same networks, loyal to each other before they are loyal to their nations. In 2017, at Harvard, Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum, bragged about his Young Global Leaders program in four words: "We penetrate the cabinets." He added that it was true in France. Emmanuel Macron was one of his Young Global Leaders. It's the same project in Brussels with Ursula von der Leyen and in Paris with Macron. Borders treated as an obstacle. Nations treated as relics. The people treated as a problem to be managed. What you are watching in France is not the French people failing. It is the end of the globalist project, an abject, quasi-communist dream of a world run by unelected planners. It is collapsing everywhere in Europe at once, and the West has to cut this cancer out before it takes the rest of the body with it. The peoples of Europe don't want this. They never did. So when you see our town halls burning, don't say "the French chose this." The French never chose this. They were forced into it. If you're French and you agree, repost this so the world hears it from us. If you're American, look at us carefully. Then choose differently on November 3rd.

As kids, we dreamed of flying cars. One just took off. And Europeans asked: "What's the purpose?" Elon Musk just turned our childhood dream into reality: flying cars are now real. And while that's happening, Europe is focusing on cars for the masses that don't evoke anything except cheap. European car manufacturers have turned into factories that assemble Chinese parts and claim it's "made in Europe". China used to be the factory of the world. Now they design the parts, and we assemble them while wrapping it all in nostalgia. But what shocked me the most about the new Tesla Roadster announcement is the reaction of people across Europe. People are asking what purpose it serves. What was the purpose of the first plane made by the Wright brothers? None. But it made us dream. It showed us a different future was possible. And then commercial aviation came. People in Europe are focusing on gloom and mundane things. They are all depressed without even realizing it. They all want to buy the same grey SUV that weighs 2.5 tons to commute alone to work... How can you see this announcement and not be hyped about it? How can you see this and not dream, not realize we are now living in Back to the Future? If that's the case, you might already be d**d inside. What's the point of living if not to build a better future, and an exciting one? The more I think the more I see the more I realize this continent and its people are less and less aligned with my values...

You are probably not familiar with the Italian Boomer archetype, wonder why all the young Italian innovators I know who make real money are leaving Italy in droves? Look no further, we bred the most entitled, ignorant, limp wristed, cuddled generation ever. They could buy houses, cars, had a safe country, well paying jobs and now the average 30yo in Italy has to live with their parents or with flatmates in overcrowded slums. No minimum salary, and a corrupt crabs in a bucket mindset. The Italian boomer is scared of coding, tech and progress, because they might lose their comfy burrow. My generation will eventually come back from abroad and reclaim Italy from your soft, idle hands.
A cosa serve questa idiozia?

Migrating dense and heavy assets from traditional 3D into Gaussian Splat format is really great. If anything, just having real-time assets to use on-demand is so cool. With @rendernetwork I take assets or full scenes, send a couple hundred renders to capture the details with my custom lighting and shaders, grab a coffee and then send pull the renders to run a CLI splat training and that’s it! So many more splats coming soon but in the mean time here’s a @Blender favorite to play around with 🤘 superspl.at/scene/6d3e0231

Thanks @jeantimex for the tip on PLATEAU's 3D city models. Added that to my little C4D city plugin, looks great. This is Tokyo with the Tokyo Tower.
Opus 5.5 helped me build Tokyo in the browser with @threejs by compiling open data - PLATEAU's 3D city model, OpenStreetMap and GSI elevation and aerial photos into streaming tiles, with procedural shader facades, generated road markings, signal-obeying traffic and trains. Also added @Takram's volumetric clouds which cast shadows on the streets.
