Team size doubled.
4 platforms other then Amazon now online.
Secured more funding.
Secured more wholesalers.
Just being constantly relentless and keeping my eye on the ball has got me here from when I originally started.

Profit floors, ROI thresholds and inventory-age logic should be readable before they become expensive. Clear rules make repricing automation governable.

All I can say is wow.
I think last month really cements me as the king of arbitrage in the UK.
I don’t know a single other person doing these sort of numbers who is actually doing arbitrage - not wholesale - in this country.
Claude sourcing + £300K loan hitting different.
2024 my aim was to do £100K profit over the whole of Q4.
2026 the aim is to do £100K profit in a single month (November most likely).
Let’s see if I can hit it 🚀

For all you FBA sellers, and even eBay sellers in the UK 👀
I’m creating a free Discord where I’ll be posting items I’m selling to other sellers.
A2A, OA and MOSTLY wholesale.
I’ll be posting the invite link for anyone interested in buying from me to resell on eBay or FBA.
And before you ask — yes, it’s all legit 😂
Everything comes directly from suppliers I’ve built relationships with over the last 4 years.
If you’re interested, keep an eye out for the invite 👀

May–June–early July, I was averaging around £150–£250 profit a day, with the odd £300.
But the bigger problem was the margins.
I was sitting around 10–11% gross margin, sometimes even 7–9% on certain months/products because I was carrying so much low-margin stock.
At the time, my business was roughly:
20% OA
60% Wholesale
20% Private Label
A2A — basically non-existent outside of Prime Day
A lot of my wholesale was Health & Beauty, and I was also doing a lot of Private Label. It made money, but the margins were shit, ads were eating into everything, and I knew I couldn't keep scaling like that.
So I spent the next 3 months getting rid of the low-margin shit.
Probably lost around £5–6k in profit during that process, but I didn't really care. I knew I needed to reset the business.
Then I started changing what I was buying.
More focus on high-margin, low-competition products. More A2A. More opportunities where the numbers actually made sense.
I also got access to more capital through banks/friends and hired a full-time PA/VA.
She’s been working with me for 2–3 months now and honestly, I finally found a good one 😂.
And the difference is showing.
May was around 9% gross margin.
Last month: 12%.
This month we're aiming for 17%.
That's roughly a 70% increase in margin from around 10%.
And then you look at the profit graph.
Some days I'm doing 2x, 3x, even 4x what I was doing before.
Multiple £1k+ profit days, when £150 used to feel like a solid day.
Higher margins. Better products. Better systems. Better people.
I basically spent 3 months working my ass off upgrading the whole business
FUCK YEA 🥳🥳🥳

Six weeks ago I launched a site that buys Amazon FBA stock off other sellers.
£112,013 spent in 42 days. 5,018 units. 37 sellers paid.
The bit I am proudest of: we paid £1,566 MORE than our own instant quotes added up to. The quote is the floor, not the bait.
