I’ll shut up about Glitch for now after this thread- but- I find drama to be dumb but I find ignoring a rabid fanbase even dumber. You can’t control them, but you can at least talk to those who would be reasonable and maybe just get too emotional online. Bc I bet those people would actually listen; and then the mob could genuinely be lightened. Not even from a moral perspective like, for business too. Chances are their rabid fans will do something actually really bad one day and if they don’t consistently reaffirm that it isn’t what they stand for it’s going to become associated with them. In my opinion, this situation is like noticing a bomb under the table- and then the bomb getting mad at Hitchcock for the obvious thing he points out about that- and then the owner of the restuarant acts like they are deaf when you yell abt the imminent explosion.
