Going through a separation/divorce? Your home is an asset that gives both partners a fresh start.
If you have a final separation agreement, then talk to me about how the value in your home & how a mortgage can help you both move on - Are you hoping to stay in the existing home?
Thank you to Mary Sialtsis, @creatingequity for being the guest speaker at BCX - downtown Toronto today. It was great to hear all of the services you have in your mortgage business and definitely you demonstrated that you care about your clients and take great care of them.
