Key takeaways from today’s @PRSAOregon panel on what #internalcommunications is: IComms is community. It’s acting as a liaison between employees and administration. It’s empowering employees to be brand ambassadors and interact with those on the front lines.
Fantastic panel on the growing fields of internal communications and employee engagement. Thank you to moderator @Comms_Pete of @johnsoncontrols, and panelists @kacw of @meyermt, @KellyBantlePDX of PAC/West Communications, @LiseHarwin of @PortOfPortland and @holmesp of @OHSUNews.
Really enjoyed day 1 of the @UniqueVenues Annual Member Conference today. Inspiring sessions on the award-winning McNamara Alumni Center website, and on how to be a lifegiving networker. #uvamc2018
