The Inaugural 2025 NAIA Ball Cody Butler Award goes to the University Of The Cumberlands (KY)!
The Patriots media department helped showcase their baseball team in a numerous amount of ways including an exceptional live broadcast as they had yet another historic season that included their 3rd straight World Series appearance @PatsBaseballUC @UC_Patriots @MidSouthSports #NAIABall
This shot was initially ruled a "Three", but after the opposing coach questioned it, it was changed to a "Two".

But but... @AZSportsDevils said he's "just an NAIA guy" and would probably only get 5-10min a game! 😏
Arizona State 6’3 G Anthony Johnson WENT OFF today vs. Texas A&M in their exhibition:
• 27 PTS
• 7 REB
• 5 AST
• 9/15 FG
Extremely impressive performance from the NAIA transfer who is looking a sneaky good addition for the Sun Devils heading into the season.

Here is some mid-week motivation. This guy doesn't understand at all about the level of play in NAIA basketball and the talent of @PigGlizzy2. He'll learn quickly. 🐷🏀
Thank you @NAIABall for selecting @UC_Patriots for the inaugural #CodyButlerAward
We've won several publication awards in the past. For me, The Cody Butler Award is the highest honor that someone who covers college baseball can receive.
