Most collabs still live in DMs and Google Sheets. I ran two projects on @addysio and I am not going back.
If you manage partnerships, this is the missing layer.
Web3 collabs look simple from the outside: “give them 10 GTD, 15 FCFS, they send wallets.” In practice it is chaos.
Allocations live in a spreadsheet. Wallets arrive as screenshots, Google sheets, CSVs, text files and late DMs. Someone pastes the same address twice. Someone sends a Solana wallet to an ETH mint. A partner never delivers. You find out the night before allowlist lock. Then you spend hours cleaning the list by hand.
@addysio is built for that exact workflow.
They call it the collab operating system. After two real projects, that name does not feel like marketing.
Simply create the project. Set each partner’s GTD/FCFS allocation. Send them a private link. They submit wallets (or a CSV). Addys validates format, blocks duplicates across multiple partners and enforces caps. You watch who opened the link and who delivered. Export one clean list.

一个想法和过去2年观察到的经验（关于btc生态）
这波趋势行情严格说从5月中下旬开始，到目前为止，经历了从hook v4--币股--隐私，三个主线上的玩法
对应的链从eth--robinhood-sol--arc，中间穿插着zec
观察了一下最近btc生态也有了点动静，不出意外的话，接下来btc生态应该就会有一波了，小趋势行情的最后一个阶段，当然不是说行情就死了，而是说行情会缓慢进入平淡。
为什么这里说btc生态属于最后一个环节，其实是由基建，资金结构决定的，大规模交易量在btc上很难实现，除了第一次btc生态作为新叙事出现的时候，其他时间内，btc生态有点像是资金传导的最后一环。参考2024--2025，pumpfun火热，让发射台还有meme叙事火爆全链，之后在川普高潮之后，主流链的资金都开始撤退，后面2025年2月之后，其实btc生态动静不小，又是大巫师mint，又是odinfun，带了一波生态浪潮，那时候odindog到30m，后面衍生了许多layer2和侧链发射台，几m的也不少，往后井喷了一系列叙事，RGB--spark-radfi-brc2.0，其实造富效应都不错，低流动性下的典范
这里不是在说btc生态不好，恰恰相反，其实仔细看市场的资金流动规律就是这样的，btc生态也是市场流动性的一环，在牛市时，整个市场的大部分交易量在evm上，因为btc生态无法满足大规模快速交易（目前的瓶颈）。当市场情绪低迷时，资金撤退了一部分，这时候btc生态的交易缓慢/交易量低，成了优势，更容易用更少的资金创造同样的盘子。
所以不出意外，接下来可以看看btc生态，看看能不能跑出一点不一样的东西，我觉得如果有不错的叙事和创新，以目前的市场流动性来看，10m是有的，静静等待吧
