Somebody should send that clip to Aaron Boone and the Yankee beat writers who defend his nonsense.

Yankees in 2026 ALDS:
.130 BA
.192 OBP
.239 SLG
.431 OPS
Those stats are their lowest BA, OBP, SLG and OPS in any multi-game postseason series in franchise history

Aaron Boone let all three lefties bat in the seventh inning against a lefty pitcher that had to face three batters.
Not one reporter asked him why.

So many Yankee fans thought Cashman would add a catcher because it was a need. In 2019 they had two competent starting pitchers, desperately needed a third for October and he didn’t add one.
Doesn’t matter what they need, if the calculator doesn’t work in his favor he’s out.

The Aaron Boone era will be defined by losing to every single rival the Yankees have had.
That’s worse than every single summer swoon combined. It’s embarrassing to have this happen for eight years and who knew that 2018 ALDS was a sign of things to come. This roster has gone through SO much change over the years and it still happens over and over again.
Something is seriously wrong and has been for a while. Always good but never great.

When the Knicks go from the “Jalen Brunson or bust offense” to “we actually have a bunch of really good scorers” they become really difficult to beat!
