@__hayden__hunt__ has gained 11mph on his fastball off the mound since training off the King of the Hill learning to utilize his lower half to create more power 🦵 Going from 81 to 92mph he has also gained better command on his pitches! He has held a 1.83 ERA over the last 3 yr

In the process his 2lb med ball throw went from 32mph to 42mph gaining 10mph, which helped him gain that 11mph on his fastball ⬆️ Learning to use the lower half not only allowed him to create more power but also better direction/comand towards his target 🎯

@jaiden_miles21 hit a PR yesterday at 94mph 🔥 Gave him some hip exercises after a groin injury and they seemed to work pretty well for him ✅ When I first met Jaiden he was only 83-85mph He’s gained almost 10mph with more in the tank ⛽️ #collegepitcher #collegebaseball

Another college arm I just started working with hit a PR at 91mph and we’re just getting started 🍽️ 😤 #90mphformula #pitchingcoach #pitchdevelopment #roadto95mph

When a college guy you just started working with finally breaks 90mph off the mound and he’s been trying for years 🔥🔥🔥 If you’re stuck in the upper 80’s and wanna break 90mph DM me a video of you pitching and I’ll give you a free evaluation 😎

A professional baseball pitcher generates a peak propulsive push-off force from the back leg equal to roughly 0.35 to over 1.0 times their body weight in the horizontal direction toward home plate, alongside vertical ground reaction forces peaking near 100% to 144% of their BW

Back vs. Front: While the back leg initiates forward momentum through a gradual build-up and push, the front (landing) leg absorbs significantly higher peak braking forces—often reaching 1.5 to 2.7 times body weight—to brace and transfer energy up the kinetic chain to the arm

12u Mason Ruble looking great for his age! 🔥 Especially since we’ve only thrown a baseball for only 2-3 sessions at most and have mainly been focusing on med ball drills!

There are many ways to get better without having to throw a baseball for an entire session! It’s only been about a month and a half working with him and already starting to see big progress! #youthpitcher #youthbaseball #pitchingdrills #pitchingcoach

Big Knox Killing it again! 🔥 When working with youth athletes, it’s not about trying to make them throw hard! It’s about trying to get them to move better and learning to throw with their bodies and not just the arm! 🔑

I’ve only worked with Vance Saurer 12u for 3 sessions and his lower half is already looking pretty dang good!! 🔥 We will be focusing on his front foot staying in better contact with the ground at front foot strike to transfer more energy up the kinetic chain ✅

Big Knox’s lower half is looking pretty money just after a couple sessions 💰 Watch his lower half at the end in slow-motion and see how well he sits into his back leg & drives through rotation just as he is landing on his front foot (great weight transfer) 🔑
