Losing to UCF is the difference between accepting we are probably out of playoffs vs. acknowledging we’ll probably get a home field playoff game instead of a first round bye.

Like most, because I know the CFP committee members are sacs of 💩, I automatically think our only chance at playoffs is to win the Big 12. But how many spots should we really drop after losing on final possession on road to #3 team? Esp if ND beats Miami …

Season’s effectively over. What had so much promise will fizzle into a meaningless bowl game for the 3rd yr in a row. As much as I have let this affect me (admit it’s my fault), part of me considers waiting until BYU gets to playoffs to start watching again. Brutal 😢

What kind of stupid play calls were those to end the game? Practically set ourselves up for that desperate INT. Run the ball at the second half and you get at least 3. Run within the 5 and you have a chance to tie the game. 💔

Today we will will either see @BYUfootball rise up to its fullest potential and show what we already saw before - that they are a national champion contender, or they won’t. When the dust settles, I know @BYUfootball will be the last one standing.

No. 9 BYU running back LJ Martin has targeted Nov. 7 as his return date for the past month. Sources have told @On3 that while he might not be 100% yet, he’s close enough to try to play against No. 3 Utah. The plan entering Saturday is for Martin to be available and play. Star tailback LJ Martin practiced the last three days for BYU. He’s on track to dress and attempt to play on Saturday. He’ll likely be limited, but he’s determined to impact the game. How he feels pre-game will determine extent of his role.

He’s trending to dress, be available and have some impact on the game. A final decision will be made later in the week. Martin has been out since Oct. 3, and BYU beat Notre Dame without him in the line-up. He’s the 2025 Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year.
