"No running"
"Can I jog?"
"No, jogging is just the Swedish word for running"
You can just tell kids stuff
Seen in a stall at an elementary school
The kids are gonna be alright @FlashgitzAnims
Saw a gorgeous 6 foot tall red head with curly hair down to her waist and wearing slouch socks.
I shot her my most winningest smile.
Got a huge smile back.
@JoshuaLisec might be unto something 🤔
I feel like my kids like that I am always up puttering around. I am always there and available. At night, they can see the lamp of my office and hear me making a hullabaloo and clacking away at my desk as they lie tucked in their beds. They will often get up and come in with sleep in their eyes to ask me to tuck them back in. In the morning, when they climb out of bed they can hear my wife and me making coffee and chit-chatting or unloading the dishwasher. I remember lying in bed as a kid and hearing the grownups talking and laughing sitting around the table over the tinkling of spoons in coffee mugs.
When I think back on it, many of my most prized memories are memories of a feeling, a mood. The feeling then was that I belonged in a family of people who had always been there and who would always be there. My own cast of characters. I knew when I padded out to them in my pajamas they would all turn to look and smile at me and someone would pull me onto their lap and hold me close.
I got all the stuff for my paul bunyon costume tomorrow ready, im so excited for Halloween
Look how orange our volunteer pumpkin is getting, the color is quickly moving up to the sides of it
Halloween is the pudding brained chihuahua's favorite holiday. He goes house to house and just waddles right up unto the porch to stop at each person for pets then when he gets home all tired he sits on the porch with me and gets pets from all the children who come up.
I used to work with a cook who would show up to his shift at 5pm drunk and he'd have a cooler in his car with 4 tallboys in it and he'd drain one after service smoke break and another once shutdown before cleaning, another when we got to the parking lot to get in our cars with the last for driving home.
